Research On The Management Of Party Cadre Training In Wenzhou Chinese Communist Party School

Affiliated to and directly led by the CPC party committee,Chinese Communist Party School is one of the most important departments.Its main function is theoretical education and education on the party spirit to the Party cadres.It is a school to gather Party cadres for training and rotational training and the main channel for the Party to instruct and train Party cadres.With the rapid development of the social economy,the Party cadre training management is facing new trend.It is a new subject for the Party School to urgently address to position accurately,make full use of its advantages and promote its training quality and level to meet new requirements at present.Integrating multiple research approaches,including literature studying interviewing and questionnaire survey and referring to domestic and overseas research achievements and based on the author's work experience,this thesis made an investigation and analysis on the management of the Party cadre training in Wenzhou Chinese Communist Party School,objectively analyzed problems occurring in the management work of the Party cadre training in Wenzhou Chinese Communist Party School,figured out the reasons and put forward the corresponding approaches and countermeasures.It provided the reference information for the municipal Party School to improve the management level of the cadre training and promote the cadre training management work in municipal party schools.Since the educational system reform was implemented in 2013,Wenzhou Chinese Communist Party School has made remarkable achievements in school size,class number and school quality.This thesis made statistics on its cadre training sizes from 2013 to 2017 and summarized its fundamental implementation measures,including deepening educational reform in an all-around way,improving class teaching quality,attaching great importance to class teaching management,reinforcing teaching staff construction,improving student management system,implementing student management and supervision system and constructing class culture.This thesis carried out a questionnaire survey on the training requirements and effects to the students in the main classes of Wenzhou Chinese Communist Party School.From this survey,it was shown that Wenzhou Chinese Communist Party School had many prominent issues in the cadre training management,including cognitive bias in training philosophy,poor pertinence in curriculum provision,inadequate teaching faculty,weak comprehensive assessment management and bare participations of cadre organization management department.From the analysis in the five aspects mentioned above,the main causes to these issues were figured out,including weak training management consciousness,unsound training requirement expression mechanism,lacking faculty ability construction,weak function of the training management and imperfect linage mechanism of the cadre training management.For the existing problems during the cadre training management process in Wenzhou Chinese Communist Party School and the corresponding causes,this thesis proposed measures by thinking actively in the following five aspects: training philosophy,teaching methods,faculty construction,resources integration and innovation management so as to improve the training management work in municipal Party Schools.First of all,it is necessary to upset the training management and provide training to cadres pertinently.Secondly,it is necessary to optimize the management of curriculum system and effectively improve effectiveness of training to cadres.Thirdly is necessary to strengthen faculty team construction and build a high-quality faculty team in Party Schools.Fourthly,it is necessary to implement management innovation and greatly build scientific and efficient management mechanism.Lastly,it is necessary to expand training approaches and integrate multiple resources internally and externally in an all-around way.By the five countermeasures proposed above,the cadre training management work in municipal Party Schools can be persistently promoted in pertinence and efficiency,the cadre training management model in municipal Party Schools can be constantly improved.Therefore,the cadre training management work in municipal Party Schools can meet new trend and new requirements to a higher degree.
