The Existing Problems And The Researching Of Countermeasure In Cadre Training Of Municipal Party School

Party school is the main position of training the leading cadres and theoreticalcadres of the Communist Party of China. It is an important department under the directleadership of the party committee. The main task of party school is cadre training. Thisis the first duty of party school and the fundamental purpose of party committee. Partyschool plays an extremely important role in improving the comprehensive quality ofthe party members and enhancing the party's fighting capacity and cohesion. But now,municipal party school already can not adapt to the new situation of large-scaletraining needs in the entire training system. Therefore, analysising the problems ofcadres training in municipal party school and findding out the correspondingcountermeasure has been an important task that we must seriously study.This paper firstly in theory of inductive and practical analysis, the Marx doctrine,the basic principle of Ideological and political work, an introduction to the principlesof Ideological and political education, ideological and political education methodologyand theory as well as several generation of central collective leadership of the partyschool education and training of cadres of the related theories and combining presentera background. The related concept of the carding and analysis, elaborated the partycadre training work importance and characteristics, and puts forward the party cadretraining work in the new situation and new tasks. Secondly, the municipal party schoolcadres training this paper analyzes the present situation of municipal party schoolcadres training, find out the existing problems, and these problems are analyzed,summed up the municipal party school cadres training problems. Finally, through themethods of comparison and analogy of our party cadre training with the developedcountry education of civil servant training management analogy analysis, somecharacteristics of municipal party school cadres training, practice and existenceproblem to undertake comparative study, sum up experience from which, seek tostrengthen the municipal party school cadres training countermeasures.In this paper, on the basis of the above analysis, proposed in view of the characteristics of municipal party school, facing the new situation and existingproblems, should from the following four aspects to strengthen and improve the cadrestraining of the party: The first is from Europe and the United States and Asianadvanced countries civil servant training experience, combined with the concretepractice of China, find the effective way to train cadres in China. The second is theinstitutional environment and operation mechanism, ensure cadre trainingstandardization system. The third is from newer idea proceed with, clear positioning ofmunicipal party school. The fourth is from the strengthening of municipal party schooloneself to build proceed with, ensure cadre training to obtain actual effect. Based onthe above four aspects of countermeasures are summarized, and hope that the futuremunicipal party school cadres training work can better solve the problem of existence,for the modernization and to cultivate a good cadre team.
