Research On Coordination Of Basic Living Dilemma Of Mentally Disabled Persons In Lingwu City,Ningxia

Intellectually disabled people are vulnerable groups of vulnerable groups in human society.There are currently more than 5 million intellectually disabled people in China.This is a number that cannot be underestimated.Each number represents a family and represents a heavy life.As a part of humanity,they have always been unable to obtain survival guarantees equally,participate in social life and enjoy various social welfare.How to guarantee the enjoyment and realization of their basic rights is undoubtedly a social issue that we must pay urgent attention to,and also to build Realistic problems that cannot be ignored in the development of a harmonious society.Through the study of the basic living conditions of intellectual disabled persons,the use of the theory of collaborative governance to improve the basic social security of intellectual disabled people in China,to promote the society to further establish a correct disability view,to create a harmonious atmosphere for the whole society to care for and help the intellectual disabled,to ensure and the most The disadvantaged groups have entered the well-off society and shared the fruits of social development.This thesis discusses the background and significance of the topic,which is why we should study the basic survival guarantee of intellectual disabled people,and describe the research methods and main contents of the research.The definition and elaboration of related concepts such as the basic rights of intellectual disability,the theory of synergy,and the theory of collaborative governance.On this basis,the study on the basic living conditions of intellectual disabled people in Lingwu City,Ningxia.Combining with the actual work of individuals,the case of intellectually disabled persons with different ages and different living conditions in different regions was selected and analyzed from the aspects of basic survival,personal safety and life pension of intellectual disabled persons,reflecting the current underdeveloped areas in China-Ningxia The weak condition of Lingwu City’s protection of intellectual disability rights.From the four aspects of the closedness of the intellectual disability security system,the simplification of the governance subject,the imperfect governance subsystem and the imperfect governance network system,the basic survival guarantee of the mentally disabled people in Lingwu City is analyzed.It is considered that rationalization suggestions should be put forward from the aspects of the openness of the governance system,the diversification of governance entities,the development of governance subsystems and the construction of network systems for collaborative governance organizations,and jointly promote the right of intellectual disabled persons to live in dignity and enjoy basic living security in accordance with the law.
