| With the support of Internet information technology, online catering has developed rapidly, which plays a great role in facilitating people ’s life and promoting economic development. However, due to the long chain and many links of online catering, there are still major problems in food safety supervision, such as unclear regulatory functions, lagging regulatory means, and lack of supervision of social forces. Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen food safety supervision. The newly revised Food Safety Law embodies the principle of social co-governance of food safety, which lays a legal foundation for the broad masses of the people to participate in food safety supervision. However,in the actual participation process, the role of the public has not been fully utilized, and there are few people who really participate in regulatory activities.Based on the theory of planned behavior as the main research framework, this paper discusses various influencing factors of public participation willingness in online catering food safety supervision, hoping to provide new ideas for enhancing public participation willingness in public affairs and strengthening research on online catering food safety supervision.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the background and significance of the current public participation in online catering food safety supervision.Through literature review, the key concepts are defined and the related theories are introduced. The research model of the influencing factors of online catering food safety supervision willingness is established. At the same time, the following four research hypotheses are put forward:(1)There is a significant positive relationship between behavioral attitude and participation willingness.(2)There is a significant positive relationship between subjective norms and willingness to participate.(3)There is a significant positive relationship between perceived behavioral control and willingness to participate.(4)There is a significant positive relationship between participation value cognition and participation willingness.(5)The individual characteristics of the public are different in their willingness to participate in online catering food safety supervision.Secondly,on the basis of the previous theoretical model, the questionnaire was designed and distributed.IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 software was used to test the reliability and validity of the samples obtained from the survey, and descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out on the survey data. The SEM structural equation model was established by AMOS24.0,and the test and coefficient interpretation were carried out.The following conclusions were obtained:(1)The public ’s willingness to participate in the supervision of online catering food safety is affected by many factors.(2)Perceptual behavior control has the greatest impact on the willingness to engage in supervision.(3)Subjective norm has a relatively large impact on the willingness to engage in supervision.(4)Behavioral attitude has a relatively large impact on the willingness to participate in supervision.(5)Value cognitions have relatively little influence on the willingness to engage in supervision.(6)The individual characteristics of the public show different differences in the willingness to participate in online catering food safety supervision. Finally,on the basis of the above empirical research, this thesis puts forward countermeasures and corresponding suggestions to improve the public’s willingness to participate in online catering food safety:(1)Construct a reasonable incentive mechanism to stimulate public participation enthusiasm.(2)Promote the network catering food safety information disclosure, smooth public participation channels.(3)Strengthen the credibility of the government and community social organizations, play a guiding role.(4)Enhance the legal system for online catering safety supervision and give public guarantee of participation.(5)Create an atmosphere of food safety publicity and enhance public participation value cognitions. |
