Improve The Urban Community Of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area-research On Grid Collaborative Governance

With the rapid development of urbanization,the transformation speed is faster and faster,and the urban population exceeds a certain number,which puts forward new requirements and great challenges to the urban community management.Community management is also the most basic part of social management.The effectiveness of community management is directly related to the stability and development of society.In this paper,Pingtan comprehensive experimental management area a community grid collaborative governance research and analysis,improve the existing grid management model,from the Pingtan comprehensive experimental management area a community status and practice,further improve the process of urban community management system,standardization,innovative development.Taking community a of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area as an example,this paper studies the grid collaborative governance of urban communities.According to the research ideas of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,using the research methods of literature research,comparative research and Social Survey(questionnaire,interview),etc.,on the basis of reviewing the background of grid governance of urban communities in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area,this paper combs the problems Based on the advantages,contents and impact of the grid governance of urban communities,this paper systematically expounds the governance effectiveness and existing problems of community a in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area.Based on the theories of grid and collaborative governance,this paper conducts a social survey on the grid management of urban communities in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area from the aspects of governance effectiveness,system mechanism,team building and governance methods by using questionnaires and interviews.Based on the results of social survey and interview,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the grid management of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area,such as the low effect of grid governance,insufficient department coordination and linkage,insufficient enthusiasm of multi-element participation,lagging governance mode and insufficient construction of grid information management platform.Further analysis of the causes of these problems,with reference to the advanced experience and practice of grid management of domestic urban communities,to provide reference for the grid collaborative governance of Pingtan comprehensive experimental area.Finally,from the system mechanism,team building,funding,supervision and assessment mechanism,publicity work and other aspects,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the grid collaborative governance of urban communities in Pingtan comprehensive experimental zone.In this paper,the quantitative and qualitative methods are used to analyze the problems and causes in the process of grid collaborative governance of urban communities in Pingtan comprehensive experimental area.By using the advanced practices of domestic urban communities for reference,targeted improvement measures are proposed.
