With the rapid development of "Internet + economy",the online food market has gradually entered a prosperous stage.However,due to the virtual and hidden characteristics of the Internet,the risk of food safety has been increased imperceptible.Since the prosperity of online shopping,the public is gradually focusing on the safety level of online food.The Chinese government and the public are also gradually improving the supervision level in the field of online food safety.The corresponding supervision methods can also be continuously enriched,and the supervision level is gradually approaching the global first-class level.Online food market access threshold is low,supervision mechanism is not sound,platform and merchant self-discipline is poor,it will inevitably produce some illegal trading behavior,disturb the order of online market economy,endanger people’s safety.At present,the Chinese government has gradually increased the attention to food safety in the online market,and has taken a series of measures to improve the effectiveness of supervision.However,how to solve the problem of food safety in the network market more scientifically and efficiently,and innovative regulatory means and methods are the new topics we have to face.In this paper,combined with existing Chinese literature at the present stage,combined with their own practical experience in food safety supervision,network food safety cases were summarized,in-depth study of network food safety supervision system,analysis of the existing problems at the regulatory level,explore countermeasures for network food safety supervision.And elaborated the present stage of the network food market transaction volume increased year by year,transaction uncertainty,enterprise mobility is strong,food distribution hidden dangers present characteristics.There are differences between online market food safety supervision and traditional food supervision.By studying the problems existing in online market food safety supervision and analyzing the reasons,the situation of online food safety in China is still not ideal.Up to now,all regions still rely on the market supervision bureau to play its function,but due to the particularity of online market transactions,There are still many problems,such as unclear responsibilities of regulatory bodies,difficulty in regulatory implementation,inadequate food supervision in online markets and inadequate platform supervision.In view of the existing problems,this paper explores the nature of the problems in multiple aspects to find out the causes of the problems.There are insufficient administrative supervision ability of the government,lack of multi-party collaborative supervision mechanism of administrative organs,the team and quality of law enforcement personnel to be improved,slow updating of regulatory technology,imperfect laws and regulations,food trading market failure,imperfect information evaluation system and other reasons.Combining with actual cases and drawing on advanced practices and experiences at home and abroad,this paper proposes ways to solve the problem in such aspects as sorting out the responsibility of the regulatory body,transforming the mode of supervision,perfecting the relevant regulations,improving the market supervision system,strengthening the quasi-supervision of the third-party network platform,unblocking channels and improving the corresponding solutions to social co-governance.It aims to explore and promote the healthy development of food in the online market,improve the level of food safety supervision,and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of food safety and quality supervision system.
