Research On Rural Spiritual Poverty Alleviation Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Party and the state have made solving problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers the top priority in the Party’s work,given priority to deep rural cultivation,and made overall plans and scientific advances in the rural revitalization strategy.At the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan,we won the battle against poverty and successfully promoted rural revitalization and development to a new level,marking one of the greatest anti-poverty chapters in human history.Therefore,rural spiritual poverty alleviation has become the focus of the Party and the state.At present,the study of rural spiritual poverty alleviation under the background of rural revitalization aims at promoting the all-round development of people and realizing the great goal of common prosperity.This paper systematically analyzes and summarizes the overview,current situation,countermeasures and modern value of rural spiritual poverty alleviation under the background of rural revitalization.The outline of rural spiritual poverty alleviation under the background of rural revitalization is mainly elaborated from three aspects: connotation,theoretical basis and relationship between them.This paper analyzes the connotation of rural spirit poverty alleviation under the background of rural revitalization from two aspects: connotation of rural revitalization and connotation of rural spirit poverty alleviation.This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of rural spiritual poverty alleviation under the background of rural revitalization from three aspects: Marx’s theory of all-round human development,the thought of innovation and innovation in the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,and the spirit of Chinese Communists’ hard str uggle.Rural revitalization and rural spiritual poverty alleviation are closely linked and inseparable.On the one hand,spiritual poverty alleviation is the realistic way to realize rural revitalization.On the other hand,rural revitalization is an important goal to achieve spiritual poverty alleviation.In the process of promoting rural revitalization,the spiritual poverty alleviation in rural areas has achieved some obvious results,mainly in the following aspects: building the spirit of poverty alleviation with common prosperity as the orientation,boosting the endogenous driving force of poverty alleviation for farmers;We made solid progress in building rural culture,and improved the environment for farmers to lift themselves out of poverty.However,there are still many problems,such as the intergenerational transmission of spiritual poverty among some farmers,the lack of awareness of poverty alleviation among some farmers and the lack of spiritual poverty alleviation capacity of grassroots governments.In order to achieve the goal of spiritual poverty alleviation in rural areas and promote the realization of common prosperity of spiritual life,we must change the way of thinking of farmers,continue to carry forward the spirit of hard work and struggle,and constantly improve the spiritual poverty alleviation ability of grassroots governments.In the great practice of the new era,the spirit of poverty alleviation in rural areas under the background of rural revitalization has shown new vigor and vitality,demonstrating both important the oretical value and rich practical value.
