Research On Rural Woman's Endogenous Power Under The Background Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,through the efforts of the masses and cadres,China's poverty alleviation work has achieved phased success to a certain extent.China's poverty alleviation work is adjusted according to the changing development situation.In 2013,the policy of targeted poverty alleviation was proposed and started to be implemented,aiming to make the rural poverty alleviation work can be effectively developed through this series of policy measures.In the past five years,China's poverty alleviation work has become more and more formal since it was not standardized and inefficient at the beginning,and the effect of poverty alleviation has become more and more obvious.Now it is in the critical period of decisive victory,and it is more necessary to vigorously promote the implementation of targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies.However,the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy cannot be separated from the participation of rural women,a powerful force of women.The key to the targeted poverty alleviation is to actively develop the poverty alleviation ability of the poor.Therefore,we need to stimulate the initiative,enthusiasm and creativity of rural women,so that rural women not only become beneficiaries of targeted poverty alleviation work,but also become participants and builders,play a "half sky" role in achieving rural poverty alleviation and prosperity,and write a new chapter of ruralcomprehensive poverty alleviation in the new era.This paper adopts the method of empirical research,carries out field research and literature review on the poverty alleviation model of nursing workers in lvliang mountain of Shanxi Province,and studies the effect of cultivating and developing endogenous development power of rural women and how to optimize it.This paper has five chapters except the introduction.The first chapter mainly introduces the basic concepts and theoretical basis.The connotation of the poverty governance theory is closely related to the cultivation and development of rural woman's endogenous poverty alleviation drive.The second chapter mainly analyzes the importance of the cultivation and development of rural woman's endogenous driving force.Under the background of rural revitalization,the training and development of rural woman's endogenous driving force is necessary,feasible and urgent.Chapter three is a brief introduction to the cultivation and development status of the endogenous driving force of lvliang mountain nursing workers,what is "lvliang mountain nursing workers",and the implementation means and effect of this poverty alleviation policy.The fourth chapter is the analysis of "lvliang care workers" brand in the process of playing a role in poverty alleviation problems and the original.The fifth chapter is the optimization path for the cultivation and development of rural woman's endogenous power.In this paper,empirical research,literature research,observationmethod,through the field survey of the poverty alleviation mode of Lvliang Mountain,Shanxi Province,and the collation of relevant literature,the cultivation and development of rural woman's endogenous motivation to get rid of poverty are briefly described.In addition to the introduction,there are four chapters in this paper.The first chapter mainly introduces the basic Mountain protection workers",as well as the implementation means and effect of this poverty alleviation policy.The third chapter is to analyze the problems and causes of the brand of "Lvliang Mountain protection workers" in the process of poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter is the optimization path for the cultivation and development of rural woman's endogenous power to get rid of poverty.Through the analysis of the poverty alleviation mode of "Lvliang Mountain protection workers",this paper points out that rural women are deeply influenced by traditional ideas and their development motivation is greatly affected.Only by changing woman's thinking and enhancing their own skills can they get rid of poverty.The people's Government of Lvliang City improves the employment skills of the poor,so as to increase the wageincome of the poor and achieve the goal of precise poverty alleviation in Lvliang City.It specially formulates the implementation measures,limits the training objects and contents,optimizes the training institutions,and provides employment recommendation and tracking services.The ultimate goal is to enhance the rural woman's endogenous motivation to get rid of poverty,so as to achieve the goal of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich.Therefore,we should get rid of the "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation behavior and use the "hematopoiesis" model to achieve sustainable poverty alleviation.
