Research On Strengthening Rural Hidden Ideological And Political Education Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The report at the 20 th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that we should "accelerate the construction of a powerful agricultural country,and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations".In the new era,rural areas should consciously carry out ideological and political education in accordance with the requirements of economic foundation development,and serve to consolidate the socialist economic foundation.In 2021,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in the New Era",emphasizing the unity of explicit and implicit education in ideological and political work,and emphasizing the function of implicit ideological and political education.In the context of rural revitalization,implicit ideological and political education in rural areas plays an important role in assisting explicit ideological and political education in a daily and implicit way.The feasibility of strengthening implicit ideological and political education in rural areas from the perspective of environmental factors,in order to adapt to the actual situation of rural areas,assist in the construction of rural spiritual civilization,and enhance the spiritual power of rural revitalization.The paper follows the research approach of "what-why-how" and mainly includes four parts.The first chapter,based on the theoretical overview of rural revitalization strategy and rural implicit ideological and political education,combs the relationship between rural explicit ideological and political education and implicit ideological and political education,clarifies the research scope of rural implicit ideological and political education,and demonstrates the functional relationship between rural revitalization strategy and rural implicit ideological and political education.Chapter 2 demonstrates the important role of strengthening implicit ideological and political education in rural development,rural construction,and rural governance in the context of rural revitalization from both theoretical basis and practical needs.It also elaborates on the rationality and inevitability of strengthening implicit ideological and political education in rural areas after the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society.Chapter 3 uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis to organize research data from field investigations and interviews,to demonstrate the effectiveness and practical challenges of implicit ideological and political education in rural governance,rural development,and rural construction,and to analyze specific measures for rural revitalization demonstration villages to find the key to solving the problem.Chapter 4 combines the support policies of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for key work in rural governance,rural development,and rural construction,and provides scientific countermeasures and suggestions in cultivating educational subjects,enriching educational carriers,and optimizing educational environments through the use of practical experience education,infiltration education,and edification education methods,in order to improve the effectiveness of implicit ideological and political education in rural areas and assist in rural revitalization strategies.
