Research On The Function Of County-Level Converged Media Center In Grassroots Social Governance

At present,with the modernization of China’s national governance,the importance of enhancing grassroots social governance has become more prominent,and county-level converged media center,as the latest achievement of media integration,can play a role in various areas of grassroots society by relying on a comprehensive platform and playing the two core functions of "guidance" and "service",becoming an important grip on grassroots social governance and having a positive impact on it.With the establishment of center nationwide,the development of county-level converged media center has entered the next stage,and playing a role in grassroots social governance has become an important issue for the development of county-level converged media center,and therefore the study of how to play and strengthen the role of county-level integrated media center in grassroots social governance has also become an important issue for the academic community.However,due to the great differences in the development and practice of county-level converged media center in different regions,the discussion and analysis of the role of county-level converged media center in grassroots social governance in different regions and how to enhance this role is still a space of research that needs to be carried out urgently.Based on the analysis of the appeal,this paper takes Lingchuan converged media center as the research object,based on the theory of good governance and the theory of serviceoriented government,and investigates the role in grassroots social governance and its play through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview method,and explores the problems of the role of the research object in local grassroots social governance,unearths the reasons behind the problems,and tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on the research of the research object,aiming to improve the role of county-level converged media center in grassroots social governance.The study found that the Lingchuan converged media center can play a role in promoting the exchange of grassroots social information,strengthening the guidance of grassroots social opinion,facilitating grassroots social communication and interaction,and providing diversified services for the grassroots,which is conducive to local grassroots social governance towards "good governance".However,in practice,the Lingchuan converged media center has weak news dissemination power,insufficient responsiveness in communication and interaction,inadequate practice of service functions and imperfect construction of bit service functions,which have weakened its role in grassroots social governance;and the causes of this problem are a weak news production system,lagging user concept and governance thinking,imperfect reform of the management system and working mechanism,and lack of funds needed for subsequent development.So,in order to enhance the role of county-level converged media centers in grassroots social governance,strategies can be adopted to optimize the news production system by taking multiple measures;to guarantee the elements of news production by taking multiple measures;to promote marketoriented development and optimize the institutional mechanism;to integrate development funds by combining "blood transfusion" and " hematopoietic".
