Research On The Wuhu Municipal Government To Promote The Renovation Of Old Residential Areas Suitable For Aging

With the development of society,the number of elderly population in China is increasing yearly.According to the current level of economic development and aging characteristics in China,the home care model is the current mainstream pension model in China.As an important carrier to meet the needs of the elderly,the degree of "aging" in the old community is directly related to the quality of life of most elderly.As times changing,it is difficult for many old communities to meet the needs of the increasingly elderly life due to the building age、long service of fixed number year、old related facilities.So the implementation of old communities suitable aging transformation,is in order to ensure the elderly health and safety and the key to improve the quality of life,has the social value and research significance.The ageing-appropriate renovation in old neighborhoods in Jing Hu was taken as an example in this thesis,through field investigation and in-depth analysis,combined with the development status of old communities aging transformation,the following four problems was found that the ageing-appropriate renovation in old neighborhoods has countering.Firstly,the transformation mechanism is not sound,not only reflect the problem of operation mechanism,also reflected in the old communities suitable aging transformation evaluation benchmark and regulatory mechanism is not clear.Secondly,the community participation is not notable,the connection between the community and the residents is not close enough,and the rights and interests disputes exist between the property company and the residents.Thirdly,the transformation suitable for the elderly is not comprehensive,mainly manifested in the low degree of aging of the community facilities and the low level of intelligent transformation.Finally,residents do not take the initiative to participate,the actual needs of residents are not fully reflected in the transformation plan,and residents’ willingness to transform is not sufficient.On the basis of the problems existing in the ageing-appropriate renovation in old neighborhoods in Wuhu city,the deep causes of the problems in the transformation are analyzed with the multiple transformation.There are the following aspects: first,the government policy guidance is not clear;second,the work of the community organization is not in place;third,the participation of social capital is not sufficient;fourth,the awareness of residents is not strong enough.In order to solve these realistic resistance,based on the perspective of collaborative governance,there exist four specific dimensions like strengthening the functions of government,lighting community guidance,providing social capital,promoting residents to participate that could to solve the problem of the ageing-appropriate renovation in old neighborhoods in Wuhu city.With the aim for promoting the transformation effectively,meeting the survival needs of the elderly,strengthening valuable reference for the renovation in old neighborhoods in the central region in China.
