Study On The Urban Renewal Model From The Perspective Of Governance

The rapid progress of urbanization in China has brought about a great transformation of China's economy and society.With the decrease of urbanization growth rate,the urban development process is also faced with the problems of limited available land area and ecological environment destruction,so the future urban construction and development mode is more dominated by urban renewal.Therefore,the effect of urban renewal,to some extent,represents the level of urban construction and development.Urban renewal as the manifestation of urban governance in public management,the development model has been developed from the original into a government-led development governance concept under the guide of market,the public main body participation,therefore,how to coordinate the relationship between the parties involved and balance the interests of all parties,achieve resource efficient restructuring,played a crucial role in urban renewal.The process of urban renewal in jinan is at the forefront of urban renewal in China,and its renewal mode,useful experience and existing problems are universal.By collecting,consulting and analyzing relevant literature in the field of urban renewal and public management in China and the west,this paper finds out the connotation of urban renewal and the theoretical support of participating actors,and comprehensively and systematically studies the role of various actors in different urban renewal modes.Based on the urban renewal of jinan city in the old shed renovation(expropriation and demolition)(hereinafter referred to as:old shed renovation),the comprehensive renovation of old residential areas and the existing housing retro-install elevator three projects as the basis,analysis of jinan urban renewal case,why the old shed renovation in the introduction of enterprises,strengthen the capital security;Why to strengthen the government's leading role in the comprehensive improvement of the old community and ensure the coordination and cooperation of various departments;Why to add elevator in existing residence to fully respect public opinion,conform to public opinion and so on.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and compare the reasonable behavior subject choice in different urban renewal modes,find out the reasonable and scientific participation system,and find out the path and measures to further improve the urban renewal of jinan city.It is an important premise and foundation to realize urban renewal by studying the relationship between multiple subjects in different modes of urban renewal,exploring a scientific and perfect system and mechanism,strengthening mutual trust among multiple subjects,and creating a good and positive atmosphere for urban renewal.Put forward countermeasures and Suggestions to further improve the urban renewal work,expand thinking,take a higher position,constantly explore the in-depth connotation of urban renewal,promote the formation of a good interaction between the government,the market and the public,and clarify responsibilities and strengthen cooperation in the field of urban renewal.
