Analysis Of The Development Type Of Public Welfare Innovative Social Enterprises From The Perspective Of Local Society

China’s public welfare business now is entering into a new era of maturer and more rational universal goods that bring benefit to everyone,it is clear to see that various types of public benefit organizations are emerging in our society.In addition,the role of public welfare solutions in solving social problems is becoming significantly prominent.In the context of the influence of social innovation,social welfare innovation has been currently turning into a hot topic in the field of public welfare.Specifically speaking,the main purpose of social welfare innovation is to achieve sustainable development while addressing social issues and satisfying public demands by executing innovation on public welfare service methods and related projects.This gives birth to innovative social enterprises,to sum up,as a new type of social enterprise,the innovative social enterprise is a typical representative of modern public welfare.Social science must take the road of "localization" of development to break through its limitations,the localization here refers to conducting localized and empirical research with a basis of local society.Local society is an important concept in the study of social change and development,and a real field where all subjects in modern society collaborate for social construction in an open-minded way.From the perspective of local sociology to see,the Northeast region has appeared to be economically backward,and politically deficient,and other negative reactions caused by factors like the system of units over a long-term period.In the context of such a local social environment,social enterprises are bound to face many urgent problems to be solved.As a highly representative social organization in the Northeast region,the X association in C city implements public welfare innovation on local related subjects during the development processing,completes a role shift from a non-profit organization to a social enterprise,further turns into a typical representative of the development of innovative social enterprises in early stage.Based on the existing concept of innovative social enterprises and theories of social innovation and social governance,this article will take the X association of C city as a research target to summarize its innovativeness in terms of organizational philosophy,organizational collaboration,and organizational goals,this is attempts to conclude developmental characteristics of innovative social enterprises.To further explore its causes,we will firstly place the association in the background of the unique local society of Northeast China,then adopt a framework of local society analysis to take exploration from three frameworks: development dynamics,identity integration,and the construction of new publicness.Through research findings,despite the lack of empowerment in X association’s development processing,it is capable of breaking through the limitations of the local society through public welfare innovation,improving its development level,and getting involved in the governance of the local society,finally building a phase of harmonious co-existence.
