| Geopolitics is a strategic tool to guide the practice of inter-state relations,and geopolitical structure affects the strategic form of inter-state relations.The realistic ties and strategic consensus between Japan and Vietnam in geographical space have continuously deepened and expanded the bilateral relations between the two countries,and they have also continuously constructed and adjusted the regional geopolitical conflicts represented by the South China Sea issue and the Indo-Pacific strategy.Coordination and cooperation in the pan-regional geo-game.Promoting multilateral relations with bilateral relations and adjusting bilateral relations with multilateral relations;expanding regional strategies with bilateral strategies and implementing the strategies of the two countries with great power strategies have become a significant trend in the development of Japan-Vietnam relations at this stage.Differences in ideology,political mutual trust,economic strength,and security goals between Japan and Vietnam affect the overall level of bilateral relations;The weight of the relationship restricts the basic form of the development of bilateral relations.As a regional "small country",Japan and Vietnam are deeply influenced and restricted by global "big powers" such as China and the United States in formulating their national strategies.Even so,the development of Japan-Vietnam relations will still directly or indirectly affect China,which also requires China to deal with and resolve it with the thinking of a big country.In view of this,this paper looks at the historical process of the development of Japan-Vietnam relations from the perspective of geopolitics,analyzes the strategic considerations for the construction of Japan-Vietnam relations,and conducts research and judgment on the future development trend of Japan-Vietnam relations.In addition to the introduction,this article is divided into five chapters.The specific content is as follows:The first chapter,Japan-Vietnam relations from the perspective of geopolitical theory,mainly analyzes the geopolitical basis and theoretical premise of the development of Japan-Vietnam relations from three levels: geopolitical theory,geostrategic view,and geostrategic cognition.The second chapter is the strategic adjustment of bilateral relations between Japan and Vietnam in the early 21 st century,mainly from the three dimensions of political strengthening and promotion,economic consolidation and development,security reconstruction and expansion,and the strategic adjustment situation of Japan-Vietnam bilateral relations.A system review was conducted.The third chapter,the geopolitical conflict in the South China Sea and the relationship between Japan and Vietnam,mainly starts with the importance and strategic nature of the dispute in the South China Sea to the development of the relationship between Japan and Vietnam,and makes a detailed analysis of the basic positions of the two countries’ policies and strategic coordination and cooperation.The fourth chapter,the Indo-Pacific geopolitical game and the relationship between Japan and Vietnam,mainly from the perspective of the impact of the Indo-Pacific strategy of the major powers and the Indo-Pacific game on the two countries,conducts in-depth research on the strategic negotiation and linkage between Japan and Vietnam.The fifth chapter,the future development trend and influence of Japan-Vietnam relations,mainly proceeds from the development trend of bilateral cooperation and multilateral coordination,and makes a reasonable judgment on the prospects of the development of Japan-Vietnam relations;at the same time,it analyzes the possible strategic impact of the development of Japan-Vietnam relations on China,and discusses China’s possible countermeasures in the future. |
