New Changes Of US-vietnam Relations In Twenty-first Century And Their Impacts On China

The study of the relationship between China and Vietnam,and theUS and Vietnam relations is of great importance to the assessment of China's peaceful development and the protection of China's sovereignty.This dissertation mainly discusses from the four chapters,namely,"the Twenty-first Century US-Vietnam Political,Economic and Military Cooperation","the Limitation and Future Trend of the US Vietnam Military Cooperation","the Motivation of the US-Vietnam Relations Changes in Twenty-first Century" and "the Impact of the new US Vietnam Relations in Twenty-first Century".After the cold war,the bipolar pattern disappeared,China has been peacefully rising in the Southeast Asia and throughout the Asia Pacific region's influence gradually catch up with the United States,since the United States began eyeing much of Southeast Asia,Vietnam has become a strategic frontier of the United States,and based on the "Balance of Power" strategy and the urgent need of development,Vietnam also seek the support of the United States since then,the United States is the political and economic cooperation continues to heat up.In addition,the development of the United States and Vietnam in military cooperation is also worth paying attention to.Between the United States and Vietnam had a major war in Vietnam,the war on both countries brought major trauma in the national strength and the national psychology,but since the end of the cold war,the relations between the two countries continued to rise,which naturally includes the military relations,especially since the new millennium,the military cooperation between the two countries has high frequency,multi angle,high dimension,high level features,the main military cooperation has military diplomacy,military and political visits,non war military exercises,military assistance,military trade,military personnel training,military and military security to solve the legacy communication,from the current development trend,the military cooperation between the two countries will rise further,but we should also think about this trend.Because,for many reasons,there are many limitations in its military cooperation,which will not make any breakthroughs in essence,nor will it pose a real threat to China in a short time.In addition,it is essential to analyze the reasons for the upgrading of this cooperation.The new change of US-Vietnam relations in twenty-first Century is in line with the strategic interests of both sides.Vietnam has become the focus of the US Asia Pacific security strategy,and the United States has become the strategic focus of Vietnam's "great power balance".In the economy,Vietnam leaped the first largest factory in the United States,and "made in China" was gradually replaced by "Vietnam made".Vietnam also hopes to fight the trade deficit with China through American help.In addition,there are some objective reasons for the strengthening of the military cooperation between the United States and Vietnam.The fundamental purpose of studying the change of relationship is to analyze its influence on China,so as to make the state take advantage of its advantages and avoid risks in international relations and avoid international security risks.
