Study On The Implementation Path Of Rural Revitalization Strategy Under The Perspective Of Marxist View Of The Masses

The Marxist concept of the masses is a new type of value concept condensed from long-term practical exploration on the basis of Marxism.It is the overall and fundamental view of Marxism and its political parties on the status and role of the masses.It is a series of theoretical viewpoints composed of Marxist concept of mass history,mass views,mass line,mass work,etc.It is the fundamental guiding ideology of the Party and the state’s various work.The Marxist concept of the masses clearly states that billions of working people are the subject of writing history and the source of social progress,fully reflecting the core position of the working people.The fundamental goal of rural revitalization strategy is to "strengthen agriculture,beautify rural areas,and enrich farmers".Therefore,there is an inherent connection between the Marxist concept of the masses and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The Marxist concept of the masses is the theoretical basis for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.The rural revitalization strategy is the practical application of the Marxist concept of the masses,the practice of the mass line work policy in practice,and the specific embodiment of the "people centered" ideology.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the CPC,guided by the Marxist concept of the masses,has given full play to the power of the masses,and made remarkable progress in the rural economic and social development.However,it is still necessary to take a correct view of the current situation of underdeveloped infrastructure and low development level in rural areas in China,which has not undergone significant changes.The key obstacle to economic construction is "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",and it is still rural and agricultural areas that affect the level of modernization construction.From the perspective of Marxist mass perspective,the main factors that affect the implementation of rural revitalization strategy include weak enthusiasm and initiative of the farmers,limited demand for various talents in rural revitalization,blocked channels for mass cultural needs,insufficient participation of social forces in construction,incomplete supervision and feedback mechanisms for mass participation,and insufficient awareness of party members and cadres’ responsibility.Therefore,to further promote the rural revitalization strategy,we must closely follow the guiding principle of "who to trust,who to serve and who to rely on",take the Marxist view of the masses as our guide,adhere to the Party’s working policy of the mass line,firmly establish the people-centered thinking,promote rural revitalization,adhere to the development for the people and promote rural industrial development.It should also adhere to the principle of relying on the people for development,strengthen grassroots governance in the countryside,and promote the construction of beautiful countryside by sharing the fruits with the people,so as to explore a Chinese-style modernized road of rural revitalization.
