Research On Marx’s Early Justice Thought

For the question of "justice",Western thinkers and theorists of different eras have questioned and thought about it,from Plato,Aristotle to Locke,Kant and even Rawls.Marx began to pay attention to the issue of social justice in his youth,and formed a justice thought based on the reality of man and the dialectical unity of man and society.In view of the fact that the current research in the academic circle focuses on Marx’s thought of justice after the establishment of historical materialism,and relatively ignores Marx’s early justice thought,it is theoretically necessary to analyze and in-depth discuss Marx’s early thought of justice.The article firstly defines the etymology of "justice" and the time of "early",which can further explain that the foundation of Marx’s early justice thought lies in its era,family environment and personal pursuit.Marx absorbed the essence of justice thought in ancient Greek philosophy,modern liberal philosophy,especially German classical philosophy,and established his own justice thought.In his Doctoral Dissertation,Marx expressed the pursuit of justice for freedom and equality by expounding the atomic deflection and atomic repulsion.In the period of "Rheinische Zeitung",he expressed the rational pursuit of justice based on legal rights through his criticism of the autocratic rule of Prussia;in the period of "German-French Yearbook",he clearly pointed out the pursuit of justice for human liberation with the help of the power of the proletariat.The Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844 profoundly exposed the problem of alienated labor,and put forward the view of communism that actively sublated private property.Marx’s early justice thought has the characteristics of distinct political revolution,reflection and criticism,and class.Its theoretical value is reflected in the establishment of the basic position of the proletariat,the expression of the pursuit of justice for the free and comprehensive development of human beings,and the initial point of the realistic path to realize justice.Marx’s early justice thought has theoretical guiding significance for solving the main social contradictions of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,maintaining social harmony and stability,and accelerating the process of building a community with a shared future for mankind.From this,we can explore the contemporary value contained in Marx’s early justice thought.
