Research On Trade Unions Organizing Medical Mutual Assistance Of Employees

Medical mutual aid for workers is a mutual aid and mutual aid activity organized by trade unions at all levels to safeguard the medical rights and interests of workers.It has the characteristics of public welfare,mutual aid and low cost,low payment and wide benefit,and is welcomed by the majority of workers.It is the complement of insurance of worker primary medical treatment,it is labor union participates in social management,apply labor union capital,mutual aid gold undertakes 2times allocate,offer to sick worker submit an expense account "the 2nd protect oneself".Employee medical mutual aid exists in foreign countries in the form of mutual insurance,with a long history and a late start in China.There are few researches on employee medical mutual aid carried out by labor unions in China.This article takes city B as an example,through the literature research method,the field survey method.Taking the medical mutual assistance among workers carried out by trade unions in City B from 2014 to 2020 as the main body of the study,from the perspective of Trade Unions,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the development of Workers’ mutual medical assistance in B city trade unions in the past seven years from the aspects of the Organization of Workers’ Mutual Medical Assistance,fund raising,fund allocation,risk management and legal supervision,etc.,based on the new public service theory and the multi-center governance theory,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the development of medical mutual assistance among workers by trade unions,and puts forward suggestions and opinions from the perspective of trade unions,which are helpful to the healthy development of medical mutual assistance among workers in B city,for Trade Unions to better participate in the multi-level medical security system,to ease the majority of staff demand for medical treatment and the contradiction Between high medical costs to contribute.
