| Population aging is currently an irreversible global trend.The increase of the share of older individuals in a society and strong demand for pensions result in resource shortage of current pension systems.Local governments began to spontaneously explore the mode of mutual support for the aged.In order to better integrate social pension resources,this paper studies the current multi-supply status of mutual-aid pension services in China and provided a novel multi-supply synergy mechanism of mutual-aid pension service based on the "IDEA strategic model" analysis framework.This paper adopted the synergy theory to the field of mutual-aid pension service,analyzed the relationship among the multi-supply subjects from the dimensions of “relationship” and “interest”,obtained four types of supply service,and then determined a new multi-supply synergy mechanism for mutual-aid pension.Using case studies this work shows how to create a collaborative supply mechanism and contributes to guiding people how to select and construct a multi-supply synergy mechanism for mutual-aid pension services in different situations.The paper first introduced the background and significance of the topic,and integrated the related research works on the concept of mutual assistance and pension,concrete practice and multi-supply mechanism.Based on the predecessors,the research methods,innovations and ideas of this paper are proposed,mainly using supply-demand matching theory to analyze the supply of mutual-aid pension.The third part leveraged the questionnaire survey to obtain the acceptance of the mutual-aid pension model,and used the data to analyze the demand for current mutual-aid pension services.The fourth part used the IDEA strategic model to apply the qualitative research method from the perspectives of “relationship” and “interest”.The case studies analyzed the four synergistic mechanisms of mutual support for the multi-aid pension services,so as to more clearly analyze how the multi-supply subjects conduct and collaborate,which is beneficial to better choose the synergy mechanism in practice.This study has the following conclusions.First,life care,spiritual entertainment and public services are current demand for mutual-aid pension schema among people in China.Second,the multi-supply subjects of mutual-aid pension are the market,the government,and the individuals’(Older people,volunteers)cooperation through the aspect of interests.Third,we should choose different multi-supply synergy mechanism of mutual-aid pension services according to different levels of urban and rural economic developments. |
