Research On The Communist Party’s Practice And Historical Experience In Solving The Problems Of People’s Livelihood Issues In The Revolutionary Base Areas Of Western Hunan And Hubei

The Communist Party of China(CPC)has always attached great importance to the people’s well-being,and its ideological and theoretical sources for solving the people’s well-being problems are very deep: first,the People’s well-being thoughts of Marxism,Friedrich Engels and Vladimir Lenin;Third,the People’s livelihood thought of the early Chinese communists represented by Li Dazhao,Chen Duxiu and Mao Zedong.these three parts form the theoretical basis for the Communist Party to solve the problems of people’s livelihood in the western Communist-controlled China of Hunan and Hubei.During the Agrarian Revolutionary War,the Communist Party of China began to creatively establish workers and Peasants Armed Forces in the countryside,open up base areas and establish the Soviet regime.The western Communist-controlled China of Hunan Hubei,a relatively large base area established by the Chinese Communist Party during the agrarian revolution,straddles the provinces of Hubei and Hunan and is strategically important because it can cut off the main traffic routes along the Yangtze River,nanjing and Wuhan,the ruling centers of the Kuomintang regime.As a result,from the founding of Communist-controlled China,the Kuomintang regime launched numerous large-scale military “Encirclement and suppression” campaigns,which were accompanied by tight economic blockades and political repression,hunan,Hubei,Western Communist-controlled China,the masses are living in increasingly difficult conditions,and the party and Communist-controlled China’s regime are also facing serious difficulties.In order to get rid of the People’s livelihood under the Kuomintang’s military “Encirclement and suppression” and economic blockade,the Communist Party of the Western Communist-controlled China of Hubei,Hunan,began to solve the people’s livelihood problems from the economic,political,cultural and social levels,it includes solving the land problem,developing agricultural production,developing industry and flourishing commerce,improving the social status of the people at the bottom,guaranteeing the basic rights of the people at the bottom,innovating culture and developing education,improve medical treatment and expand transportation and postal services,relief of the poor and the Red Army soldiers and so on.Thanks to the efforts of the Communist-controlled China communists in the Western Hunan and Hubei provinces,we have achieved remarkable improvements in the living standards,cultural level and revolutionary enthusiasm of the people,at the same time because of the lack of experience there are some deficiencies.In the process of improving people’s Communist-controlled China in Hunan Hubei,there are many valuable experiences and inspirations: From the content dimension of People’s livelihood construction,we should constantly meet people’s needs according to the changes of the times;From the subjective dimension of the people’s livelihood construction,we should adhere to the leading role of the party and the government,actively mobilize all social forces to participate in the People’s livelihood construction,from the beneficial dimension of the people’s livelihood construction,we should adhere to the combination of point and surface,highlight the key points,focus on the social vulnerable groups;from the target dimension of livelihood construction,we should adhere to fairness and justice,to achieve a high degree of social harmony.The policies and measures adopted by the Communist Party of Hunan in the Western Communist-controlled China of Hubei to solve the problems of economic and social well-being are typical examples of the Communist Party of China’s emphasis on people’s well-being and its efforts to improve it.Studying the practice of the Communist Party of Hunan and Hubei’s western Communist-controlled China in solving the economic and people’s livelihood problems during the land reform period and summarizing its experience can provide some historical reference for solving the people’s livelihood problems in China today.
