Research On The Ideological And Political Education Of The CPC To Farmers In Yan’an Period

The ideological and political education of peasants has been a significant component of the ideological and political education of the party since the founding of the communist party of China(CPC),and the issue of peasants has always held an extremely important position in the course of China’s revolution,reform,and construction.The Shaanxi Gansu-Ning Border Area made significant advancements in the construction of political authority,military,economic,cultural,and social might during the Yanan period under the direct control of the CPC.This essay examines the ideological and political education of peasants during the Yanan period.It is divided into three sections: the first part examines the historical context of the ideological and political education of peasants during the Yanan period and summarizes the significance and necessity of this education.The second section discusses the historical practise of ideological and political education of peasants throughout the Yanan period.It does so by outlining the basic concepts,contents,approaches,and outcomes of this education as well as its results.The third part is the historical experience of the ideological and political education of peasants and the contemporary enlightenment of the CPC in the Yanan period.The historical experience includes combining the primary objective of the communist party,making politics serve education,focusing on the development of rural society,addressing the practical issues of peasants,utilizing the power of the masses,and relying on the people to run schools in order to realize the economic significance of education.The modern enlightenment assumes that the complete execution of rural revitalization is the background and insists that the Communist Party’s leadership,the strategies for energizing education,the training of cadres at the grassroots level,and the status of rural women do not waver.From the standpoint of ideological and political pedagogy and science,research on the ideological and political education history of the peasants of the CPC during the Yanan period can offer historical experience for the development of the countryside,peasants,and agriculture in the new age,assist in resolving unresolved issues pertaining to the "three peasants," and further enhance the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in an all-routine manner.
