Research On Three Logics And Era Value Of "People-Centered" Development Thought

As a marxist political party,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has set "seeking happiness for the Chinese people and seeking rejuvenation for the Chinese nation" as its original aspiration and mission since its birth,always represents fundamental interests of the most people.It also made great victories and brilliant achievements in the new-democratic revolution,socialist revolution and construction for the Chinese people.Since the 18 th National People’s Congress,the CPC Central Committee has repeatedly emphasized adhering to the people-centered thought,and regards it as a red line policy throughout every aspect for managing our country.The "people-centered" development thought of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has been gradually formed based on excellent traditional Chinese culture,which insists the masses historical viewpoint of Maxism,it raised the status of the people to an unprecedented height and realized the re-innovation of the viewpoint of people as well as firmly stated the development goals and value positions of CPC,with a profound historical background,scientific theoretical connotation and important practical value.The "people-centered" development thought is the fundamental guarantee for satisfying the people’s aspirations for a better life.It not only points out the direction for building socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,but also has great significance for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper is mainly studied from four sections:Firstly,analyze the historical logic of the formation of the "people-centered" development thought based on time order.This paper expounds the historical evolution and logic of the CPC’s "people-centered" development thought based on the relevant important expositions of leaders,starting from the historical background since the founding of CPC,and taking the new democratic revolution,socialist revolution,construction,reform and opening up,socialist modernization,as well as construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era as nodes.Secondly,summarize the theoretical logic of "people-centered" development thought from the main theoretical sources,including the masses historical viewpoint of Maxism and the viewpoint of people of CPC as well as the essence of the people-oriented thought of Chinese excellent traditional culture,etcThirdly,study the practical logic of the "people-centered" development thought in the new era,according to representative important viewpoints of the series of speeches of Comrade Xi Jinping.On the basis of deepening the cognition and notion,this paper expounds the objective reality basis for the practice of the "people-centered" development thought in the overall layout of the five-sphere integrated plan of the new era.Fourthly,discuss the inner relationship and the value of the times among the three major logics of "people-centered" development thought.on the basis of the above content,this paper tries to systematically and comprehensively discuss the "people-centered" development thought from the dialectical and unified relationship between the historical logic,theoretical logic and practical logic,,so as to proposes its values of the times.
