Under the realization of the whole child to join the team,the young pioneers are no longer because they can become a member of the team organization and feel very glorious,accordingly,the enthusiasm of the team,the love of the red scarf,the attachment of the team organization to fade and a series of problems continue to highlight.The Young pioneers’ weak awareness of organizational role leads to the lack of honor and belonging to the Young pioneers,which ultimately leads to the difficulty in realizing the fundamental task of moral education.In November 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,the Ministry of Education and the National Youth Working Committee jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Building a Stepped Growth Incentive System to Enhance Young Pioneers’ Sense of Honor(hereinafter referred to as the Guiding Opinions),which made it clear that the "Red Collar Medal" is the "core carrier" of the multiple carriers constituted by the stepped growth incentive system,and the importance of encouraging education is beyond doubt.But only by following the principle of motivation and using the means of motivation rationally can we give full play to the function of motivation education.At present,the implementation of "Red Scarf Medal" is worrying.The school does not fully understand the purpose of "Red Scarf Medal" and carries out medal activities mechanically in response to the call of the league central Committee.The content and form of medal activities are more random and a complete evaluation and incentive system of "Red Scarf Medal" has not been established.The effect is not added.Therefore,this paper mainly carries out a case study on the path of enhancing young pioneers’ sense of honor based on "Red scarf Medal" in S Primary School,clarifies the effectiveness and existing problems of the path of enhancing young pioneers’ sense of honor based on "Red scarf Medal" in this school,and proposes countermeasures to optimize the path of enhancing young pioneers’ sense of honor based on "Red scarf Medal".This paper mainly uses literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,text analysis and other research methods.Firstly,through the literature method,the relevant research status of the path of enhancing the Young pioneers’ sense of honor based on the "Red scarf Medal" is reviewed.It defines the core concepts of "Red scarf Medal",Young Pioneers’ sense of honor and path.At the same time,the necessity of optimizing the implementation of the Young pioneers’ national defense education is elaborated.Secondly,according to the purpose of the research,the investigation design is carried out,the investigation object,the investigation content and the investigation method are defined,and the preparation work before the investigation is done.Thirdly,through questionnaire survey,interview method and text analysis method,the current situation of S Primary school based on the "red scarf medal" to enhance the Young pioneers’ sense of honor was investigated.According to the investigation results,it is concluded that the current path of enhancing the young pioneers’ sense of honor based on the "Red scarf Medal" in S Primary school has achieved some results,which are specifically manifested as promoting the development of children’s political enlightenment and enhancing the young pioneers’ sense of identity.Participate in medal activities to improve the enthusiasm,enhance the young pioneers’ sense of responsibility for the organization;Use a variety of incentive forms to grow,enhance the pride of young pioneers.However,there are still many problems in the path of enhancing the Young pioneers’ sense of honor based on "Red scarf Medal",which makes the effect of the implementation of "Red scarf Medal" on enhancing the young pioneers’ sense of honor need to be strengthened,including: the path of enhancing the Young pioneers’ sense of honor based on "Red scarf Medal" is not systematic;The path of enhancing the Young pioneers’ sense of honor based on "Red Scarf Medal" ignores the young pioneers’ subjectivity;The path of enhancing Young pioneers’ sense of honor based on "Red Scarf Medal" is merely a formality;The path of enhancing Young pioneers’ sense of honor based on "Red Scarf Medal" lacks the participation of parents and society.Combining with the specific problems,the reasons for the above problems are analyzed as follows: the lack of overall planning and design for the path implementation of "red scarf Medal" to enhance the Young pioneers’ sense of honor;Medal education is not in place,young pioneers to the meaning of the red scarf medal is not sufficient understanding;The Young Pioneers counselors lack professional quality;Lack of joint efforts of parents,schools and society.Finally,according to the investigation results and reason analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the path of Young pioneers’ honor based on "Red scarf Medal",including:strengthening the top-level design of red scarf medal activity;Attaching importance to medal education;Improve the professional quality of Young Pioneers counselors;To build a bridge of cooperation among schools,families and society.
