| Under the sunshine of the Party and the government,children and teenagers go to the society in the name of the Young Pioneers,which can not only achieve social development,but also enhance the cohesion of the Young Pioneers organization.Needless to say,the socialization work of the Young Pioneers is indeed a profoundly meaningful and long-term value work.Using Actor-Network Theory to study the construction process of the Young Pioneers socialization work system in Tibet has important theoretical reference and practical significance for optimizing the socialization development environment of the Young Pioneers in Tibet.First of all,this article mainly explains the reasons for choosing the topic from three aspects: the requirements of the era of social change,the growth needs of children,and the strong promotion of the Young Pioneers policy,and then clarifies the purpose of the research and the theoretical and practical significance.The theory and relevant literature of the Young Pioneers work,and clarify the research ideas and research methods.Secondly,progressively explain and define the concepts of Young Pioneers work,Young Pioneers socialization work,and Young Pioneers socialization work system,and at the same time sort out the theoretical basis of this study,which is a core proposition and three core concepts of Actor-Network Theory and their application significance.On the basis of theoretical elaboration,clearly use Actor-Network Theory to analyze the rationality and feasibility of the Young Pioneers socialization work system,and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent "translation" analysis.Thirdly,the author went deep into the Communist Youth League Committee and personally participated in the real work of the Young Pioneers,mainly through the collection of policy texts and practical activity materials to understand the basic work of the Young Pioneers,and conducted semi-structured interviews with relevant Young Pioneers workers.Although the Tibetan Young Pioneers society The construction time of the cultural work system is still relatively short.It is in the early stage of construction and has not yet formed a preliminary system.However,it has already achieved preliminary results in the coverage of off-campus Young Pioneers organizations,the construction of off-campus counselors,and the activation of social resources.Finally,this study is oriented to promote the socialization of the Young Pioneers in Tibet,based on Actor-Network Theory,focusing on actors,following their activities,and clarifying the stages of problematization and benefit endowment between the core actor,the Young Pioneers,and other actors.Through the interactive process of recruitment,recruitment and mobilization,we focus on analyzing three heterogeneous problems of the actor network,that is,the support of the contact points is weak,and the construction of the Tibet Young Pioneers socialization work system is in a virtual state;administrative "translation" makes The construction of the socialized work system of the Tibet Young Pioneers is in a state of utilitarianism;non-deep cooperation makes the construction of the socialized work system of the Tibet Young Pioneers in a discrete state;in order to optimize the construction path of the Tibetan Young Pioneers’ socialized work system,it is necessary to strengthen the network contacts and improve the socialized work system of the Tibet Young Pioneers The supporting force;reshape the network function,improve the long-term operation mechanism of the Tibetan Young Pioneers socialization work system;pay attention to the network relationship,construct the multiple coordination mechanism of the Tibet Young Pioneers socialization work system. |
