Research On Rural Financial Services In Hebei Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the realization of the "rural revitalization strategy",that rural revitalization has an important impact on the development of the country and society,and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has also become a major strategic deployment made by the CPC Central Committee.However,in the process of development,it is found that due to the lack of depth of agricultural development,there are many factors restricting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,among which finance is an important support and guarantee for rural revitalization in rural areas.Financial services have played an important role in helping the construction of new rural areas and the return of social funds to rural areas,helping rural development,solving the disadvantages of rural farmers’ difficult loans for a long time,and laying a certain foundation for realizing the ultimate goal of common prosperity.For the current situation of economic development in rural areas,the bottleneck problem encountered has an inseparable relationship with the backward development of the rural financial system,which is mainly reflected in the fact that farmers or some small and medium-sized enterprises cannot quickly find the right way when they have financing needs.Therefore,through research and discussion of the operation and service channels in line with the regional rural economic development has a profound impact on the economic development of rural areas,but also has important theoretical and practical value for the formulation of financial and economic related policies in line with the rural development.Based on this,this paper will combine the financial services in Hebei province,from the perspective of public service management of rural financial services in Hebei province and the process of the use of knowledge and their own experience,put forward more in line with regional rural financial services advice and strategies,hope to be able to further promote the development of rural financial services,but also can provide experience and Suggestions for other Banks to enter the rural market.This paper will take the content of rural financial services in Hebei Province as the research object,from the perspective of public management,analyze the current situation of rural financial services in Hebei Province,find the existing problems,further explore the causes of the problems,and give corresponding suggestions based on relevant contents.In the structural composition of the paper,The first part is divided in the introduction part,In this part on the context of the research studied in this paper,research status,Introduction of the research methods and the current main research results;Then the second part begins to introduce the important concepts and theoretical basis related to this research;The third part is to introduce the relationship between agriculture,rural issues and rural financial service guarantee from the perspective of public management;The fourth part is the analysis of the effectiveness and problems of rural financial services in Hebei Province,Problem analysis will be elaborated from the status of the financial service system,achievements and existing problems and other aspects;The fifth part is the cause analysis of the existing problems;The sixth part proposes the optimization strategy,And make a summary of this study.
