Study On The Innovation Of Intelligent Management Of Mobile Party Members In The Digital Era

In the tide of the digital era,mobile party members as an important part of the party membership,its management is facing new problems and new situations such as a relatively lagging management system norms,single management mode,and low management efficiency.With the constant changes in the economic and social development situation,the requirements for managing the Party and governing the Party are also continuously advancing in depth.How to adapt to the new situation and new requirements,and further strengthen and improve the management of mobile party members,is an important challenge for the grass-roots party building work.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and value to study the management of mobile party members in the background of the digital era.This thesis selects the mobile party members in Y city as the research object,takes the intelligent management of mobile party members in the background of the digital era as the research content,and constructs the analysis framework of the "system-technology-operation".The first is to study the realization path of "system-technology-operation" of the intelligent management of mobile party members;the second is to analyze the problems and difficulties that need to be further solved in the practice of "system-technology-operation".Finally,from the perspective of digital governance and seamless government,feasible suggestions are put forward to improve the system,optimize technology empowerment,and perfect management mechanisms,to promote the further innovation and development of intelligent management of mobile party members.The study finds that system innovation,technology empowerment,and operation mechanism innovation have obvious positive effects on the intelligent management innovation of mobile party members.However,there are still some problems such as relatively lagging systems,relatively backward technical architecture,and unsound operation mechanisms in intelligent management.For this reason,it is necessary to further strengthen digital thinking in the development of mobile party members’ intelligent management innovation,use digital technology,and focus on breakthroughs in improving supporting systems,optimizing technical architecture,and forming closed-loop management mechanisms,to achieve the goal of a new development of mobile party members’ intelligent management driven by system,technology,and operation mechanism.
