The flag of the team flutters,and the heart of the children is directed to the Party.The Party Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region attaches great importance to the moral education of the Young Pioneers,and under the leadership of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and the Regional Committee of the Youth League,the whole Autonomous Region actively carries out the propaganda and education of revolutionary martyrs and model workers,reform pioneers,models of the times and other role models.Pioneer education is an effective way to implement the fundamental tasks of the Pioneer Corps,and an effective way for the Pioneer Corps to give full play to its organizational advantages.Pioneer education always focuses on political enlightenment and values shaping,and comprehensively deepens the ideological and political leadership of children and youth.Pioneer stage is in the initial formation of character and moral quality,the role model has the role of demonstration,inspiration,guidance,through the development of pioneer role model education activities,to guide the pioneers to draw on the power of role models,so that their self-selection,self-acceptance and self-imitation,and ultimately promote the cultivation of behavior habits and values of pioneers.However,with the change and development of the times,some undesirable information contents and social customs have brought strong impact to the formation of values of pioneers,and the education of pioneer role models is also facing some problems.How to solve the problems in a targeted way and improve the effectiveness of pioneer role model education in Tibetan schools is the subject of this research paper.This paper takes Lhasa elementary school pioneer squad as an example,and investigates the pioneer squad role model education in Lhasa elementary school by means of questionnaire,interview and collection of physical data analysis.Firstly,this paper explains the reason for choosing the topic of pioneer squad role model education,the purpose and significance of the study,the research ideas and innovation points,and the concepts related to role model education.Secondly,the literature related to role model education and Pioneer Corps role model education at home and abroad is organized to point out the direction for the following research.Again,the five major aspects of Tibetan Pioneer Corps role model education: guiding ideology,activity bases,pioneers’ independent choice of role models,survey of school Pioneer Corps role model education,and counselors’ awareness of role model education are used to present an overview of the current Pioneer Corps role model education in Lhasa.Finally,the results of the study show that Tibetan Pioneer Corps role models have diverse sources;there are obvious political and living preferences in the selection of role models;role model education is confused with revolutionary hero education;role model education has important significance in the growth of Tibetan children and youth;and the role played by counselor teachers in role model education needs to be further improved.At present,Tibetan Pioneer Brigade role model education has achieved certain results,the Pioneer Brigade organization continues to grow,and the Pioneer Brigade practical activity base is fully built,but there are still certain problems,namely,counselors’ lack of awareness of players,unclear criteria for selecting role models,unclear connotation of role model education,inappropriate process of role model education,poor effect of role model education,lack of normalization of role model education activities,lack of professionalism of Pioneer Brigade counselors etc.In view of these problems,this paper tries to make suggestions in terms of the correct understanding of counselors to players,the connotation of Pioneer Corps role model education and the selection criteria of role models,the process of Pioneer Corps role model education,the normalization of role model education work,the evaluation and incentive system of role model education,and counselor training.It is hoped that this study will make a small contribution to the effective development of Tibetan Pioneer Corps role model education work.
