“Staggered Body Shape”: Research On The Role Of The Counselor Of The Young Pioneers In X City

Young pioneers' development is part of the cause of communism,shouldering the responsibility of cultivating millions of successors for the communism cause.Therefore,the work related to young pioneers is directly related to the future of the motherland,the fate of the nation and the success or failure of the reform and opening up cause.It is instructors of Young Pioneers that undertake the task of the conerete implementation of the cultivation.They plays an important role in the work of Young Pioneers,determining the effectiveness of the Young Pioneers work.Hence,the status localization and confirmation of instructors in school work is closely linked with whether the young pioneers work can develop smoothly.This research aims at specifying the role localization of Young Pioneers' instructors and offering suggestions concerning the improvement and perfection of the relevant policies about their work.To realize this aim,this research specifically studies instructors of Young Pioneers'undertaking situation of their job role,the reasonable localization of their job role and the supporting strategies of their work.According to the research aim and research content,combined with self-characteristics of the researcher,this research adopts interview,questionnaire and narrative method.Precisely,twenty Young Pioneers' instructors,four leaders of Youth League Committe,six principals,twelve parents and more than twenty students in a certain city were interviewed.Moreover,the twenty Young Pioneers' instructors also participated in a questionnaire.On the other hand,the narrative method included the researcher's working experiences,feelings and observations.Based on the practical research and self-experience,this research reveals and summarizes the present role undertaking situation as "body and shape entwining" of Young Pioneers' instructors and points out the factors and origins of these role contradictions.It is believed that the reasonable localization of Young Pioneers instructors are "teachers and administrators","official administrators","servants" and "professional technicians".In order to promote Young Pioneers'instructors to undertake more reasonable tole,this research claims that firstly,the employment selection policy should be standardized.Secondly,schools the importance of Young Pioneers'instructors' administrative status should be conformed.In addition,their training mechanism and further study conditions also need to be standardized and improved.Moreover,schools should confirm the importance of Young Pioneers' work.Finally.systematical assessment mechanism should be established and individual title assessment need to be explored,such as the"parallel promotion".
