| Trust is an important prerequisite for international exchanges and cooperation as well as an important topic in international political studies. At the level of international politics, trust deficit generally refers to the situation in which the friction of international competition is on the rise, the color of geographical game is obviously aggravated, and the trust and cooperation of the international community is eroded. This trust deficit is most vividly displayed in the relationship between North Korea and the United States, especially in the asymmetric game between the United States and North Korea over the North Korean nuclear issue for three decades. After the end of the Cold War,the Korean Peninsula did not achieve reunification like "Germany",but fell into an awkward situation of "constant cutting and chaos".The DPRK and the US continued to pull and pull games around the Korean nuclear issue.Although there were signs of easing during the process,it was often difficult to reach a consensus, and finally fell into confrontation.Reflected in the diplomatic rhetoric,"rogue states","eagles will never lay pigeon eggs" and other expressions sharp and sharp, and full of ideological opposition color. The relationship between the DPRK and the US is known as the "living fossil of the Cold War",both in substance and form. The fundamental reason is that the two sides lack fundamental strategic mutual trust and show an extreme trust deficit. This study uses rationalism to explore the way, constructivism to solve the problem, starting from the concept of "trust" common in social sciences, and then brings the theme of North Korea-US relations into the perspective of "trust deficit",first summarizes and sorts out,and then makes a preliminary judgment on the history and reality of North Korea-US relations.Third,we should explore the underlying reasons for the trust deficit between the DPRK and the US.Finally,it proposed a plan to solve the impasse between the DPRK and the US. |
