| The grass-roots consultative democracy is one of the important subjects in the construction of consultative democracy system,which plays an important role in the development of grass-roots democracy.Different from the western grass-roots democracy,the grass-roots consultative democracy in the new era mainly comes from the traditional Chinese culture and the practice of democratic politics since modern times.In theory,it has absorbed the essence of Chinese traditional political culture;in practice,it has absorbed the experience and lessons of the Chinese nation’s struggle for national independence and liberation since modern times,at the same time,we have also learned from the historical experience of the Communist Party of China in leading the people to fight tenaciously and struggle hard,giving full play to the superiority of the people as masters of the country.This article takes the theory of full process people’s democracy as the starting point,explores and studies the theoretical innovation and practical development of grassroots consultative democracy in the new era,and analyzes the problems existing in the practice of grassroots consultative democracy,seeking practical and feasible solutions.This article consists of five parts: introduction,overview of grassroots consultative democracy in the new era,achievements of grassroots consultative democracy in the new era,practical forms of grassroots consultative democracy in the new era,and problems and countermeasures in the development of grassroots consultative democracy in the new era.In the introduction,it mainly explains why the topic of grassroots consultative democracy in the new era was chosen,summarizes the specific research situation of grassroots consultative democracy in the academic community,and sorts out several important research methods used in this article,as well as introduces the innovation of this article.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the article is mainly divided into four parts: The first part describes the basic situation of grass-roots consultative democracy in the new era.The second part objectively analyzes the achievements of grass-roots consultative democracy in the new era.The third part studies and analyzes the typical practice forms of grass-roots consultation.Fourth,based on the above research and analysis,this paper summarizes the specific problems in the development of grass-roots consultative democracy in the new era,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems. |
