| Centralized education within the party is an organizational activity of the Communist Party of China,according to the situation and central task of our country in a certain period of time,focusing on some problems within the Party,adopting an organized and planned way,arming the whole Party with the Party’s theory to achieve the purpose of improving work.In the face of profound changes in the world,national and Party conditions,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has taken a series of measures to pay close attention to the education of Party members since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2012.Five rounds of intensive centralized education within the party have been carried out.Party and government conduct have significantly improved.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the basic practice and successful experience of centralized education within the party since the new era,to inherit and carry forward the fine tradition of intra-Party centralized education in the new era,and to push forward the ideological construction of the Party continuously and deeply.Firstly,the thesis mainly outlines the fundamental issues of centralized education within the party since the new era in terms of the background and significance of the study,review of the current situation of the research home and abroad,research content and research ideas.At the same time,based on the extensive collection of the history of the education of the CPC members,the theoretical foundation for the research of this paper is laid by systematically elaborating the relevant concepts and theoretical sources of centralized education within the party in the new era through sorting out the achievements of classic Marxist writers and successive leaders of New China on intraParty centralized education.Secondly,the thesis examines the background,main contents,effectiveness of the five centralized education within the party conducted since the new era,which provides a practical basis for the thesis.On this basis,the thesis summarizes and composes the basic practical characteristics of the centralized education within the party in the new era,which is the main part of the thesis.As an important method to strengthen the Party’s ideological construction,the centralized education within the party has presented the practical characteristics of adhering to the combination of focus and universality,effectiveness and long acting,putting political construction in the first place and promoting the development of inner-party education in an all-round way.Finally,the thesis summarizes the basic experience of the intra-Party centralized education since the 18th Party Congress,which is the focus and difficulty of the thesis.It mainly includes three aspects: The first is take the basic theory of Marxism as the fundamental content and arm the mind with the party’s innovative theory.The second is centering on the central tasks of the party and the state and closely linking them with the reality of socialist modernization.The third is establish the people-centered orientation and focus on the connotation education of the party’s fundamental purpose.By studying the experience of centralized education within the party since the new era,we hope to provide path references for promoting the ideological construction of the Party,especially for carrying out centralized education. |
