| In the society with the rapid development of the Internet,young people’s mastery of certain Internet technology is to adapt to the development of the times and the inevitability of adapting to society.However,because adolescents are in the period of growth and development,their bodies and minds have not yet matured,they lack self-control,their will is not firm enough,and their network literacy and network habits have not yet been developed,how to correctly view the Internet and use the Internet requires positive guidance from all parties,otherwise it will cause harm to the body and mind of adolescents and affect society.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the health of the whole people,insisted on putting people’s health in a strategic position of priority development,emphasized the promotion of national health with national fitness as the main line,vigorously promoted the development of China’s health and health undertakings,built a strong public health system,and established and improved the health education system.The 2021 Outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People’s Republic of China and the Long-Range Goals for 2035 proposes to promote the forward movement of the health threshold,deepen the integration of physical health,and promote the cultivation of a civilized and healthy lifestyle for all people.Under the vigorous promotion of the government,China’s health service model of integration of physical medicine has continued to develop,providing assistance for promoting the health of the masses.In view of this,this study takes the community support system of adolescent Internet addiction behavior management as the research object,and deeply understands the causes,harms,existing management methods and shortcomings of adolescent Internet addiction through research methods such as literature method,expert interview method and questionnaire survey method,and analyzes foreign experience on adolescent Internet addiction management,and proposes to build a community support system for adolescent Internet addiction behavior management.The so-called "community support system for the management of adolescent Internet addiction behavior" refers to the service system that takes community sports intervention as the main means when carrying out community intervention on Internet addiction,establishes a service system that "takes adolescents as the core and adolescents’ Internet addiction intervention needs as the content",integrates social resources,provides adolescents with Internet addiction intervention and treatment services,improves the physical and mental health of adolescents,and enhances the sense of belonging and happiness of adolescents.The main elements of the system include government,community,social forces,staff,and voluntary groups;The main functions of the system are "community sports intervention function,medical service function,spiritual and cultural life service function,service guarantee function",and its main operation mode is the physical and medical integration service model.In the process of research,it is found that there are problems such as increasingly severe adolescent Internet addiction intervention,lack of pertinence of Internet addiction intervention methods,and lack of unified standards for Internet addiction institutions,and these problems are also directly related to system construction.In view of these problems,five measures were proposed,including improving government procurement of services,improving infrastructure,increasing talent training,establishing service evaluation standards,and establishing market entry standards.It is expected to build a high-quality community support system for the management of adolescent Internet addiction,give play to the function and utility of community sports intervention,and play a certain reference significance for the management of Chinese youth Internet addiction. |
