Research On Operation Mode Of "Internet +" Medical Care Integration

At present,the main pension model is "home-based pension" in China due to the influence of traditional culture.At the same time,"Social pension" only plays an auxiliary role.With the development of the society,family structure is constantly changing.The concept of family-style pension is gradually disintegrating.More and more elderly people are beginning to pursue a higher level of retirement life style.China’s pension industry is still in a preliminary stage currently.There is a serious imbalance between supply and demand.The thesis explores the future development trend of China’s pension industry through on-the-spot investigation,literature collection and statistics.We can learn from the successful experience about the excellent Community pension case at home and abroad.Combining the needs of the elderly for medical care,health care and the spiritual and cultural needs that are easily overlooked by the public.The author puts forward a new concept of “medical and elderly care” integrated operation mode.The research content and research results of this thesis are as follows:First,we studied the current background of China’s current pension industry,the definition of related concepts and summarizes domestic and foreign research results.This is a process of finding problems.The thesis analyzes the needs of the aged,the mode of providing for the aged,and the problems faced by China’s pension industry.Taking the needs theory of the elderly as a starting point,we deeply explore the pension models needed in our country.It’s a process of asking questions.Secondly,This thesis expounds the relevant supporting theories,definition features,functional composition,operation mode,classification,advantages and features of the integrated pension community,and deeply exploration and research of the new concept of the pension industry model,and analyzes its adaptability to China’s future national conditions.According to the classification of integrated medical care and pension communities,this thesis puts forward innovative thinking based on the analysis of the operation mode of integrated medical care and pension communities in China,which called “Innovative operation mode of medical and nursing integration under the Internet”.We hope that this mode can enrich the operation mode of the integrated medical care and elderly care community in China,improve the working efficiency,and solve the pension problems more specifically.Finally,this thesis elaborates the design strategy and method of the innovation mode about the Internet plus medical care integrated retirement community,and discusses the innovate mode from two aspects of platform construction and national investment.It is hoped to provide some valuable reference for the theoretical research and scientific planning practice of various medical and nursing integrated elderly care communities in the future.
