Since China’s reform and opening up,the Internet platform’s growth stage has gone from infancy to a rapid growth period.As the Internet platform’s economy changed,it gradually grew to occupy a larger share of the national economy.It also gradually altered the people’s traditional ways of life and production,and today the Internet platform is integral to people’s access to food,clothing,housing,and transportation.The market for Internet platforms in China,which is still developing,has suffered significant harm as a result of periodic misuse of its dominating position in the market,which has also had an impact on consumer rights,interests,and the rules of fair competition.The call for regulating the abuse of market dominance by Internet platforms has grown louder in recent years with the occurrence of several Internet platform "giant wars," but at the moment,the abuse of market dominance by Internet platforms has been in a state of extreme absence in China’s legal regulation.The Internet platform market offers a variety of novel scenarios and traits as compared to the old market.It is believed that the legal regulation of the abuse of market dominance on the Internet platform can be divided into three main aspects through a systematic understanding of the abuse of market dominance: the definition of the relevant market,the determination of the dominant market position,and the determination of the abuse of market dominance.In the first chapter,the paper focuses on the theoretical analysis of the regulation of the abuse of market dominance by Internet platforms.By starting from the concept and characteristics of Internet platforms,the paper clarifies the necessity of regulating the abuse by taking into account the change of market model,the legal interests to be protected by the regulation and the regulatory difficulties caused by the imperfect system.In the second and third chapters,we analyze the legal dilemmas that arise in each step of the process,and then,based on a deeper understanding of the dilemmas,we propose corresponding enforcement suggestions to solve the dilemmas in the fourth chapter,so as to improve the legal research on the regulation of this behavior.The core of the article is to provide new methods and new ideas for the regulation of the abuse of dominant market position by Internet platforms and to find new entry points for traditional regulation methods by analyzing the dilemmas in each regulatory aspect and proposing enforcement suggestions for the removal of the dilemmas.
