Study On The Development Path Of Village Collective Economy Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy first appeared in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),and the Rural revitalization Strategic Plan of Jiangxi Province(2018-2022)was officially issued and implemented。Over the past three years,the country has steadily promoted the rural revitalization strategy in accordance with the general requirements of "thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized local customs,effective governance and prosperous life." Among them,industrial prosperity is the basic premise of implementing the rural revitalization strategy。Village-level collective economy,as the material basis of rural grass-roots development,plays an incomparable role in radiating and driving the prosperity of rural industries.The thesis expounds the purpose and significance of studying village collective economic development under the background of rural revitalization.This paper reviews the research results of collective economic development of village under the background of rural revitalization at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas and methods of raising,analyzing and solving the problems.Starting from studying the evolution of rural collective economy,this paper further expounds the development status and main functions of village-level collective economic organizations,and extends the new requirements and opportunities of village-level collective economic development with the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.This paper selects Xinning Town of Wuning County as a case for analysis.Through the first-hand information and materials obtained from the field investigation of Xinning town,analyzes the current situation of the development of village collective economy in Xinning Town,studied and analyzed the main methods of collective economy development and four kinds of development pattern in the Xin Ning Town.There are also many restricting factors in the process of development,further studying Xinning Town in promoting the village collective economic development path,and finally summarized and prospected.Through field investigation and analysis,it is found that the development of village-level collective economy can help rural revitalization,and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy can create a better environment for the development of village-level collective economy.By innovating the development concept of develop elsewhere,depend on the tertiary industry,develop village-enterprisecooperation and diversification;Promote the understanding of the all departments,village cadres and grassroots,strengthen the publicity of the development of village collective economy;Find out how to make good use of existing assets to revitalize natural geo-administrative resources;Encourage the development of the group model based on the reality;Increasing training,strengthening the team,cultivating the development subject and other ways can effectively broaden the collective economic development path of the village.
