With the progress of new generation technologies such as "Internet plus" and big data,informatization characterized by digitalization and intelligence has developed rapidly,providing a technical basis for traditional administrative reform.In the face of new situations,new requirements and new tasks,we should realize the personalization and intelligence of government services,improve the decision-making level of the government,improve the administrative efficiency of the government,strengthen the supervision and management of the government,promote the convenience of government services to the public,and drive the intelligent construction and intelligence level of social economy and other fields.The public’s demand for the quality of government services is increasing,but in the process of promoting the construction of government services in many cities in China,there are still many problems such as running errands and repeating application materials,especially the convenience,efficiency and humanization of government services,which still have a large room for improvement.How to make the public satisfied with the quality of government services is a problem worthy of attention and research.Based on the domestic and foreign research literature and practical background,this paper determines the research core and logical structure,combines the SERVQUAL model with the specific characteristics of government services,combines the current situation of the construction of government services in Xuzhou and the analysis of the implementation measures of government services,designs the evaluation scale of government service quality,and takes Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province,as the empirical research object to complete the questionnaire,Through sample analysis of the questionnaire using SPSS and AMOS statistical software tools,the difference between perceived quality and expected quality of Xuzhou government service quality is obtained,and the overall service quality score of Xuzhou government service is obtained after weighting.At the same time,it explores and analyzes the problems of inadequate top-level design,inadequate integration of online and offline,imperfect management system and lack of talents in the construction and development of Xuzhou government services.According to the problems existing in the quality of government service in Xuzhou City,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the quality of government service: service function optimization: improve the system and standard construction,and standardize the work process;Service operation optimization:integrate online and offline processes to ensure efficient government services;Service operation optimization: integrate online and offline processes to ensure efficient government services;Service environment optimization: improve the evaluation and assessment mechanism of government service,and improve the efficiency of the countermeasures,so as to optimize the path of government service quality,make it more efficient to provide services to the masses,and promote a better social life.Figure 3 table 12 reference 83...
