Research On The Evaluation And Improvement Path Of Basic Public Service Quality Of Urban Communities In Xi’an

With the deepening of urban modernization and the comprehensive improvement of people’s living standards,community services have become an important component of today’s social and economic development,promoting the continuous prosperity and steady development of urban economy and society,and playing an increasingly important role in many aspects of people’s lives.Community service is the core content of Community Governance,and improving the quality of basic public services in urban communities is an effective means to promote high-quality development of Community Governance.At present,China’s community service industry is developing steadily,but there are still realistic problems such as unbalanced development and low overall level.How to provide urban community residents with comprehensive and better public services,while meeting their production and living needs,and promoting the comprehensive development of community service has become the new goal and new requirements of current social governance innovation,and also an important task for Community Governance.The article focuses on the evaluation of the quality of basic public services in urban communities.The first and second parts define the meanings of community basic public services,public service quality,and quality evaluation models,as well as relevant theories,to provide a basis for research.The third part analyzes the current situation of basic public service quality in urban communities in Xi’an from two aspects: service content and service quality.The fourth part follows the principles of scientificity,practicality,accuracy,and sustainability.Based on the SERVQUAL scale,combined with the specific content of the official community service guide and the actual situation of basic public services in the community,the convenience dimension is added to the original five dimensions of the service quality model,thus establishing a preliminary evaluation system for the quality of basic public services in urban communities in China;Through the Delphi method method,the constructed indicators are consulted by experts and modified;Determine the weight of indicators using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The fifth part combines questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to select typical communities in Xi’an for on-site research.SPSS software is used to conduct reliability and validity tests and exploratory factor analysis on the collected data.The fuzzy comprehensive method is used to evaluate the quality of basic public services in urban communities in Xi’an,pointing out the existing problems and analyzing the reasons behind them.The sixth part proposes the path to improve the quality of basic public services in urban communities in Xi’an.Based on this,through the evaluation of the overall quality of basic public services in urban communities in Xi’an,as well as the quality of basic public services in various dimensions and types of urban communities,this paper analyzes the reasons and proposes the improvement path of basic public services in urban communities in Xi’an,including: deepening the reform of basic public services in communities;Promote the collaborative development of community service workers’ perception and residents’ perception;Strengthen the supply of community elderly care services and enhance social participation;Promote the steady improvement of service content and effectiveness among different communities.
