Research On The Path Of Improving Farmers’ Subjectivity Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the development strategy of Rural Revitalization.In 2022,the No.1 central document pointed out that the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" should be placed in an important position,and the policy should further increase the tilt to the countryside to promote rural revitalization.Farmers are the main body of rural areas,and the exertion of farmers’ subjectivity determines the success or failure of Rural Revitalization.However,at present,in the process of rural revitalization,due to the constraints of historical and practical factors,farmers’ subjectivity is insufficient to a certain extent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy to study how to improve farmers’ subjectivity and stimulate farmers’ internal ideological vitality and behavioral motivation.Farmers’subjectivity refers to the ability and willingness of farmers in the process of agricultural production.Its theory comes from Marxist historical materialism,the basic experience of the Communist Party of China’s rural work for a century and the people-centered development thought.The exertion of farmers’ subjectivity is the endogenous driving force to realize rural revitalization,the purpose of value and the needs of reality.On the basis of consulting relevant literature,this paper analyzes the current situation of farmers’ Subjectivity under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward the corresponding promotion path for the lack of farmers’subjectivity.At present,the lack of farmers’ subjectivity in Rural Revitalization is mainly reflected in four aspects:Farmers’ weak willingness to participate,insufficient ability to participate,insufficient creativity and insufficient protection of participation rights.Through the analysis,there are five main reasons.First,the policy deviation ignores the cultivation of farmers’ ability.Secondly,the backward education level leads to the lack of farmers’ subjectivity,and the closed negative concept leads to the lack of consciousness of subjectivity.At the same time,the grass-roots organizations do not form a working system and the backward economic level fundamentally restricts the improvement of farmers’ subjectivity.In view of the lack of farmers’ subjectivity in rural revitalization,this paper puts forward four levels of solutions.The first is to enhance farmers’ understanding of policies,give play to the exemplary and leading role of advanced and rich models,carry forward the value guiding role of excellent local culture,and stimulate farmers’subject consciousness.Secondly,by accelerating the development of rural education,strengthening farmers’ labor skill training,strengthening the construction of rural spiritual civilization and improving farmers’ behavior ability.Then,by giving full play to the fighting fortress role of grass-roots party organizations,giving full play to the role of grass-roots democratic villagers’ autonomy,and giving full play to the normative and guiding role of rule of law and rule of virtue,we can form a governance force to enhance farmers’ subjectivity.Finally,by vigorously developing rural industries,improving infrastructure construction,improving rural living environment and meeting the main needs of farmers.
