Research On Farmers Subjectivity And Its Realization Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important strategy in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers based on the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is pointed out in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that"Rural Revitalization should be carried out.The problem of agriculture and rural farmers is a fundamental problem related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.We must always take solving the "three rural" problems as the top priority of the whole Party’s work.Farmers are the labor subject,benefit subject and evaluation subject of Rural Revitalization.In the strategy of rural revitalization,farmers play an important role in realizing rural revitalization and promoting agricultural modernization.In view of the importance of farmers’ Subjectivity under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper uses the methods of literature research,systematic analysis and interdisciplinary research to conduct an in-depth analysis of farmers’ subjectivity and its realization path under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the research on Farmers’ subjectivity is mainly divided into three parts.Firstly,it analyzes the connotation,characteristics and performance of farmers’ Subjectivity under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The connotation of farmers’ Subjectivity under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy is mainly elaborated from the connotation of subjectivity and farmers’ subjectivity,and the connotation of farmers’ Subjectivity under Rural Revitalization Strategy;To clarify the performance of farmers’ subjectivity in the strategy of rural revitalization,it is mainly elaborated from four aspects: conscious self-reliance,active learning in learning,active labor in practice,and pursuit of progress in development;Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the characteristics of farmers’ subjectivity are mainly elaborated from farmers’ autonomy,initiative and creativity.Secondly,the necessity of giving full play to the subjectivity of farmers under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy is deeply explored,and the necessity is explained from three parts: the main logic,the dynamic logic and the development logic of Rural Revitalization.Third,explore the theoretical basis and practical basis of the peasant subjectivity under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.The theoretical basis is discussed from four aspects: Marx and Engels’ s Thoughts on Farmers’ subjectivity,Mao Zedong’s Thoughts on peasants’ subjectivity,Deng Xiaoping’s Thoughts on peasants’ subjectivity,and Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on agricultural democracy.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the practice of giving play to farmers’ subjectivity is discussed from three aspects: Xiaogang Village exploring farmers’ contract management system,hezhai village exploring villagers’ autonomy,Huaxi Village exploring the development of township enterprises.Under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the realization path of farmers’ subjectivity is divided into two parts.Firstly,it analyzes the problems and reasons of farmers’ subjectivity in the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The problems of farmers’ Subjectivity under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy are elaborated from three aspects: the low enthusiasm of farmers to participate in rural revitalization,the insufficient conditions for farmers to participate in rural revitalization,and the insufficient support of cultural environment for farmers’ subjectivity;The causes of the problems are analyzed from the following aspects: the low consciousness of farmers’ subjectivity,the poor ability of rural gathering farmers,and the gap between the development of rural culture and farmers’ cultural needs.Secondly,combined with the relevant theoretical basis,as well as the current situation analysis and cause analysis,the realization path of farmers’ Subjectivity under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy is obtained,mainly through gathering the main force of Rural Revitalization with the value of rural civilization,establishing the main position of farmers in rural governance,improving the main role of farmers in rural economic development,strengthening the farmers’ role in rural economic development,and strengthening the farmers’ role in rural governance Strengthen the initiative of farmers in the construction of ecological civilization,achieve the goal of affluence,highlight the value of farmers to achieve the subjectivity of farmers under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
