Research On People-centered Development Thinking From The Perspective Of Poverty Alleviation

Adhering to the people-centered development philosophy is a main thread that runs through the whole process of the Party’s governance of the country.Since the19 th CPC National Congress,the people-centered development philosophy has been deeply practiced in different fields and links of social development,providing theoretical guidance for adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Poverty has always been a bottleneck restricting the development of human society,and getting rid of poverty is a rare problem that the Communist Party of China needs to solve in the closing period of its first centenary goal.Only by eradicating poverty can we build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way;only by eradicating poverty can we achieve common prosperity and build strength for the second "centenary goal".It is on this basis that adhering to the people-centered development philosophy has become the direct theoretical basis for implementing the poverty alleviation strategy.By 2020,all the impoverished people in our country have taken off their hats,and the task of poverty alleviation has come to a perfect conclusion.Solving the poverty problem faced by human society for a long time provides Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions.Summarizing the reasons and experience for the successful completion of the poverty alleviation task,and summarizing the code for the realization of the poverty alleviation goal as scheduled,has very important practical significance for us to enter a new journey of the second century of struggle and build a modern socialist power.This paper takes the poverty alleviation strategy as the starting point,carry out all-round research and systematic summary on the people-centered development idea.First of all,it specifically explains the connotation and formation of the people-centered development thought,deeply analyzes the theoretical origin of poverty alleviation,and explores the logical correlation between the two at the theoretical and practical levels,laying the foundation for the subsequent writing.Secondly,from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,combing the multi-dimensional measures for poverty alleviation,it is concluded that whether it is to develop regional industries,strengthen people’s livelihood construction,or manage the ecological environment,it has expanded the era practice of the people-centered development idea.Thirdly,combined with relevant statistical data,this paper analyzes and quantifies the achievements of poverty alleviation,summarizes the poverty alleviation strategy in the new era,realizes "development for the people",achieves "development depends on the people",ensures that "development achievements are shared by the people",and vividly practices the value orientation of this great development thought.Finally,upholding the dynamic and developmental thinking,this paper extends the "people-centered" development thinking to a new level,that is to achieve rural revitalization.After the poverty alleviation has been successfully completed,in the stage of rural revitalization,it is still necessary to respect the status of farmers,always adhere to "people-centered",and put forward specific measures to achieve rural revitalization.
