Study On Strategies For Improving The Rural Living Environment In Xinjiang County

Promoting the improvement of rural living environment is an important task in implementing the rural revitalization strategy and is also a basic link in building a beautiful and livable village.Since the comprehensive campaign to improve the rural living environment was launched in 2018,the outlook of all rural areas has changed,the quality of the living environment has significantly improved,and the living standards of villagers have been constantly improved.However,there are still some problems in the improvement of rural living environment due to the fact that the content involved in the improvement of rural living environment is relatively large and the workload is relatively large,as well as the weak foundation in the early stage.Therefore,under the background of comprehensively promoting the improvement of rural living environment,scientific evaluation of the improvement effect of rural living environment,timely discovery of existing problems and shortcomings in the renovation work and improvement will help to promote the sustainable development of rural living environment improvement.Taking Xinjiang County as the research area,this paper makes an in-depth study of the current situation of improvement of rural living environment in Xinjiang County by means of questionnaire survey and field interview.According to the "Implementation Plan of the Three-year Action for the Improvement of Rural Living Environment in Xinjiang Coun ty ",the evaluation index system of the effect of the improvement of rural living environment in Xinjiang County is established by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and evaluate the effect of rural living environment improvement in Xinjiang County by using the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.The results show that:(1)The total evaluation score of the improvement effect of the rural living environment of Xinjiang County is 3.13,which is between 3 and 4.According to the principle of maximum membership,it belongs to the good grade.This indicates that the improvement effect of the rural human settlements of Xinjiang County has been achieved.(2)From the perspective of six key tasks for the improvement of rural human settlements in Xinjiang County,in order of the improvement effect from high to low,it was as follows: rural household garbage treatment(3.31)> rural household sewage treatment(3.28)> improvement of construction and management mechanism(3.22)> village appearance improvement(3.14)> village planning and management(3.07)> toilet fecal pollution control(2.78).According to the principle of maximum membership,all of them were of good effect level.(3)Among the 22 indicators,the effect evaluation value of 5 indicators is w ithin the range of 2-3,and the effect evaluation value of 17 indicators is within the range of 3-4.According to the principle of maximum membership degree,all of them belong to the good grade.However,in general,there are great differences in the reme diation effects among different strata,which indicates that there are still some deficiencies in the remediation of rural living environment in Xinjiang County.According to the problems existing in the improvement of rural living environment,the author believes that Xinjiang County should be further improved from four aspects:strengthening the treatment of toilet feces,improving the quality of village planning,carrying out extensive publicity and education,and expanding the sources of funds.
