Research On Improving Administrative Law Enforcement Of Railway Police Station

The Railway Public Security Police Station is a police station directly led by the Railway Public Security Department,and is a grass-roots comprehensive combat entity.Administrative law enforcement is the most basic means to safeguard national political security,maintain railway security and stability,and ensure the tranquility of travel for passengers.Due to the adjustment of the management system and changes in the law enforcement environment,there are still some problems in the administrative law enforcement work of the railway police stations.Solving these problems is of great significance to maintain a good transportation order,protect the legitimate rights and interests of passengers,and promote the construction of the country’s rule of law.Based on this,this paper starts with the nature of the main body of law enforcement,the basis for law enforcement and the current situation of law enforcement at the railway police station,and analyzes the main problems existing in the administrative law enforcement of the railway police station and the main causes of these problems.Combined with the author’s work in the railway police station Through experience,it is believed that the current administrative law enforcement work of railway police stations should be improved from the following five aspects.First,improve the administrative law enforcement norms and guidelines.Focusing on key law enforcement links and difficult law enforcement issues,adhere to problem orientation and build a whole-process law enforcement standard system.Second,build a whole-process law enforcement supervision system.Strengthen internal and external supervision and law enforcement quality assessment,rationalize the functions of supervision departments and implement a law enforcement disclosure system,so that law enforcement supervision runs through the entire law enforcement process.Third,strengthen the standardization guarantee of administrative law enforcement.Integrate various law enforcement informatization application platforms,comprehensively promote the construction of law enforcement case handling sites,and make full use of the intelligent security system to empower law enforcement.Fourth,explore ways to improve the remedies for the rights of the administrative counterpart.While strengthening the guidance and management of relief,combined with the particularity of the railway public security management system,explore the implementation of the "dual system" relief mode,and effectively unblock relief channels.Fifth,strengthen the regularization of the team.Build a diversified education and training system,incorporate Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law into the entire process of administrative law enforcement work and team building,and effectively enhance the quality and level of law enforcement.
