Research On The Effectiveness And Improvement Of F County Discipline Inspection And Supervision Agency In Jiangsu Province

With comprehensive governing party in the new period to the grassroots level,in recent years,the discipline inspection organs in our country through continuous reform and explore new forms of realizing a complete coverage of the party and non-party supervision,according to unified deployment of the central committee,commission for discipline inspection at all levels in the vertical pipe units of local government supervisor committee sent in team,local offices stationed team as a prison for disciplinary committee,On behalf of the commission for Discipline inspection at all levels to exercise the public power of the organs,organizations,state-owned enterprises and civil servants to perform supervision functions,because their work functions almost cover all the functions of the commission for discipline inspection,in party and government organs,commonly known as the dispatched group "small commission for discipline inspection".However,as the smallest unit dispatched by the grassroots discipline inspection and supervision organs,the dispatched institutions at the county level are faced with practical difficulties such as weak organizational strength,inadequate logistics support and human interference.Based on f county of jiangsu province discipline inspection accredited institutions supervision effectiveness as the research object,combined with the author himself in the disciplinary inspection and supervision stationed institutions supervision at the county level to master the actual situation,through field visits,individual interviews and other methods to carry out the investigation and study,analyzes the disciplinary inspection and supervision stationed after the institutional reform at the county level restriction factors and reasons of supervision effectiveness,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,It is hoped that through the study of this topic,it can provide some useful references for the improvement of the effectiveness of discipline inspection and supervision and the development and reform of grassroots institutions in the future.
