The Identification And Analysis Of Occupational Stress Of Police In Provincial Capitals From The Perspective Of Comprehensive Revitalization Of Northeast China

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to promote coordinated regional development and promote new breakthroughs in the overall revitalization of the Northeast,giving the Northeast revitalization strategy a new era significance.The implementation of the Northeast Revitalization Strategy is inseparable from the stability and long-term stability of the social environment,and the maintenance of social harmony and stability is the task and responsibility of the Northeast Public Security Police in the implementation of the Northeast Revitalization Strategy for more than ten years.Compared with other cities in the northeast region,the strategic guarantee task of the public security police in the provincial capitals of the northeast region is more arduous,which leads to the continuous advancement of the northeast revitalization strategy,and the occupational stress of the public security police in the provincial capitals of the northeast region is more prominent.Therefore,the research of identifying and responding to the occupational stress of public security police in provincial capital cities in Northeast China has a strong basic role for public security police to implement the spirit of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,better fulfill their responsibilities,and create a harmonious and stable social environment for promoting new breakthroughs in the overall revitalization of Northeast China.In order to effectively identify the influencing factors of police occupational stress,especially from the perspective of integrating the driving force of the comprehensive revitalization strategy of Northeast China,this study adopts a hybrid research method for systematic research.First of all,on the basis of systematically combing the existing research results of occupational stress,police occupational stress and ERG theory,according to the particularity of this research scenario,combined with the Northeast Revitalization Strategy and ERG theory,this study designs an interview outline,selects the police of C City,the capital city of Northeast China,to conduct interviews,and based on the grounded theory.Qualitative research methods such as open coding,spindle coding and selective coding are used to construct the initial model;secondly,in order to further test the explanatory power of the model,this study adopts quantitative research methods,taking the public security police in C city,the capital city of northeast China as the research object,collecting data through questionnaire survey,and using SPSS,Smart PLS and other software to collect data.Descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity test,regression analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,and further optimize the initial model to verify the research hypothesis.Through the empirical analysis of 1175 questionnaires on the occupational stress identification of police officers in C City,the capital city of Northeast China,this study draws the following conclusions : First,the degree of completion of strategic requirements and self-achievement belonging to individual factors have a significant negative impact on the occupational stress of police officers.Second,positive interpersonal relationship perception and organizational support subordinate to collective factors have a significant negative impact on the occupational stress of police.Third,the survival risk perception and safety risk perception subordinate to environmental factors have a significant positive impact on the occupational stress of public security police.Based on the research conclusions and discussion explanations,this study aims to improve the completion of the strategic requirements of the public security police in the provincial capitals of Northeast China and meet their individual needs,so as to slow down their occupational pressure.The following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: First,implement the strategic requirements for the revitalization of Northeast China.Second,optimize risk and interpersonal perception.Third,pay attention to individual growth and career development.This study proposes and optimizes the identification model of police occupational stress,reveals the relationship between strategic driving factors and police occupational stress,and enriches the system of occupational stress-related influencing factors and interpretation models,the response plan proposed in this paper has certain reference significance for police practice in Northeast China,and can also be applied to the theory and practice of police pressure management in other regions with obvious strategic driving effects.
