Research On The Role Of Party Building Work In Promoting The Sustainable Development Of YD Compan

Since the reform and opening up,China’s private economy has made important development achievements.Today,private enterprises have become an indispensable force in maintaining stable economic growth,promoting employment rate,promoting innovation ability,accelerating the improvement of people’s livelihood,etc.,and are also the core supporting force for the sustained and healthy development of China’s economy.At the same time,with the development and rise of private enterprises,the party building work of private enterprises has gradually been highly valued by the party and the state,and in the increasingly fierce business competition environment,private enterprises in the bottleneck period of development are also facing more severe survival challenges and development dilemmas.How to effectively promote the sustainable and healthy development of private enterprises through party building has attracted more and more attention from the majority of private enterprises.Especially from the perspective of management,studying how to effectively carry out party building work is of great significance to solving the various problems currently faced by private enterprises.By taking the private enterprise YD Company as the research object,taking the party building work of YD Company as the main line,using methods such as investigation and literature analysis,this paper analyzes the main practices and achievements of YD Company’s party building work to promote the sustainable development of enterprises,and deeply discusses the role of party building work on the sustainable development of enterprises from five aspects: internal governance,development and operation,cultural construction,labor relations and social responsibility.It is found that the effectiveness and role of YD Company’s party building work in promoting the sustainable development of enterprises need to be improved,and the integration and development of party building work and enterprise operation need to be deepened,and then in view of the problems,combined with the actual situation of enterprises,corresponding countermeasures are proposed.Finally,this paper takes YD Company as an example to analyze it in detail,and obtains the general enlightenment of party building work to strengthen the internal governance structure of enterprises to promote enterprise development,promote the development of enterprise production and operation service enterprises,lead enterprise development by shaping corporate culture,promote enterprise development by enhancing social responsibility,and ensure the harmonious development of enterprises with party workers.This paper mainly studies the role of YD’s party building work in promoting the sustainable development of enterprises,aiming to let the senior management of enterprises fully understand and realize the inevitability and effectiveness of party building work to promote the development of enterprises,and at the same time,it also provides reference and reference value for the development of the same type of private enterprises.
