Research Of Problems And Countermeasures Of Archive Utilization Service In County And District Archives Under The Background Of Digitization

Archives work is an important undertaking to safeguard the historical reality of the Party and the country and safeguard the fundamental interests of the people.Experience can be summarized,laws can be recognized,history can be continued,and various undertakings can not be developed without archives.At present,with the rapid development of The Times,digital technology has been widely integrated into all aspects of life.For archives utilization services,it is necessary to adapt to the trend of The Times and take the digital wind,in order to better meet the needs of the people’s archives information.However,under the background of digitalization,the utilization service of archives at the county and district level at the present stage still lags behind the people’s wish of "running in the palm of their hands" and "not running at one time",especially in the construction of digital archives,archival information resources,public service platform construction and other aspects.How to use digital technology to solve these problems has become an important research topic.Based on this,this paper introduces the concept of digitization,which is based on the theories of public goods,archives opening and new public service,by using the methods of literature study,Case Analysis and questionnaire survey,and taking the Q district of Nanchang as an example,this paper studies the current situation and problems in the utilization of archives in County and district archives,thus explore the path of optimizing the service ability of archives utilization.Through the research found that,there are many problems in the service of archives utilization in the archives of Q District in Nanchang,such as the low availability of archives resources,low efficiency of inquiry and utilization,low informationization of the use of carriers,single service mode and lack of professional talents,the reasons are that the public service idea is not outstanding,the file resources are not rich,the service facilities are not complete,the service talents are not born.To this end,combined with the status quo of file utilization services and the main factors,learn from foreign countries,the United States and domestic advanced experience in Zhejiang,Shanghai and other places,this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures for improving the ability of archives utilization and service from four aspects: emphasizing the attribute of public service at the level of ideology,stressing the idea of opening archives at the level of archives resources,stressing the construction of digital platform at the level of infrastructure,and stressing the training and guidance of professional talents at the level of team building,it provides reference for improving the service experience and satisfaction of public archives utilization.
