| In recent years,digital humanities has flourished in the academic field in China.The transformation of knowledge production methods brought about by digital humanities is akin to throwing a stone into the tranquil waters of the humanities disciplines,creating ripples that will impact the entire academic domain.In May 2022,the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digitalization Strategy," which stated that by the end of the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,a basic cultural digital infrastructure and service platform will be established,forming a comprehensive cultural service supply system integrating online and offline interactions.By 2035,a national cultural big data system with physical distribution,logical connectivity,rapid access,efficient search,comprehensive sharing,and key integration will be built,presenting the panorama of Chinese culture for all to share.In the wave of digitization,humanities activities have achieved interdisciplinary integration with the support of digital technology,deepening the development of humanistic knowledge and transforming traditional research models,injecting new vitality into the humanities.Digital humanities is leading China’s social and cultural space towards digital transformation,while individuals in the digital environment are increasingly demanding knowledge of historical archival culture.The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to fully tap into red resources,construct a narrative system with Chinese characteristics,and better showcase the image of China.Red archives refer to the archives formed by the Communist Party of China during the processes of revolution,construction,and reform,which are an important part of revolutionary history and have significant value for understanding and studying the history of the Chinese revolution.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that red literature is extremely valuable red memory,and it should be gradually digitized.We should use modern scientific and technological means to strengthen the protection,restoration,and comprehensive utilization of ancient books,deeply explore the philosophical ideas,humanistic spirit,value concepts,and moral norms contained in ancient books,and promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.At the same time,we should strengthen the construction of academic resource libraries,better play the functions of academic literature in dissemination,collection,integration,editing,expansion,and sharing,and build a world-class academic resource information platform with Chinese characteristics to enhance the country’s cultural soft power.The value of red archival resources as important knowledge objects is self-evident.Based on this,this paper takes red archival resources as the research object,comprehensively applies methods such as literature analysis,online surveys,thematic modeling,deep learning,knowledge graph,and empirical research,combines the characteristics of red archival resources,constructs a logical framework for the aggregation of red archival resource knowledge,and explores the core content of red archival resource knowledge aggregation research from the perspective of digital humanities.Starting from the perspective of knowledge clustering,this paper discusses the "remote reading" of red archival resources,explores the thematic associations of red archival resources;starting from the perspective of knowledge convergence,it explores the introduction of knowledge element theory as a semantic description model for red archival resource knowledge,constructs a knowledge convergence graph of red archival resources,and explores the internal semantic associations of red archival resources;starting from the perspective of knowledge application,it designs a knowledge application system for red archival resources based on knowledge aggregation.Therefore,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:I.The logical framework of knowledge aggregation of red archival resources from the perspective of the digital humanities.This part first discusses the necessity for knowledge aggregation of red archival resources under three aspects: the era demand for the development of red archival resources,the spiritual pursuit of activating the value of red archival resources,and the inevitable requirement of user demand transformation.Secondly,it outlines the goals of knowledge aggregation of red archival resources and analyzes and sorts out the knowledge aggregation architecture of red archival resources.Finally,based on the system architecture,The logical framework of knowledge aggregation of red archival resources is deconstructed from three dimensions:knowledge clustering,knowledge convergence,and knowledge aggregation application.II.Red archival resource knowledge clustering based on thematic analysis.Starting from knowledge theme words,this paper proposes a method of knowledge clustering of red archival resources based on Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA),and puts forward a method of thematic generation based on unsupervised learning and document content.The LDA modeling method is adopted to extract and summarize the themes of red archival resources.Through LDA modeling,potential themes in the text can be automatically discovered,and the relationships between these themes can be understood,providing a systematic,data-driven analytical approach to studying historical documents and gaining insights into the true form recorded in the archives under that historical context.Through thematic modeling,the information contained in red archival resources is deeply mined,revealing the development and evolution of various aspects such as economy,politics,and culture,achieving knowledge aggregation of red archival resources.Finally,taking "Red Archives: Yan’an Period Document Archive Database" as the research object,the effectiveness of the knowledge aggregation method of red archival resources is explored,and the knowledge clustering results of red archival resources based on knowledge themes are formed.III.Knowledge Co-aggregation of Red Archives Resources Based on Knowledge Graph.The co-aggregation of knowledge on red archives resources based on knowledge graph is premised on knowledge association and utilizes the knowledge graph as a graph database for visualizing entity relationships.This paper constructs a semantic description model for red archives resources based on the theory of knowledge elements,and then employs BERT-Bi LSTM-CRF and Att-Bi LSTM deep learning models for entity relationship extraction.Based on the above research,the representation is carried out using SPO triples,and with the assistance of the knowledge graph tool Neo4 j,a knowledge element semantic relationship graph centered on individuals,time,positions,events,etc.,is drawn,which deepens the content mining of knowledge on red archives resources,forming the results of knowledge co-aggregation of red archives resources based on knowledge graph.IV.Construction of Red Archives Resources Knowledge Application System Based on Knowledge Aggregation.Starting from the perspective of knowledge application and combining the content of previous chapters,a red archives resources knowledge application system based on knowledge aggregation is designed,focusing on the analysis of the platform’s functions.The system functions are decomposed into four sub-modules,each of which is interconnected and shared.On this basis,the system pages are displayed.Finally,the implementation effect of the system is analyzed.This system can directly display the thematic browsing of archives and make retrieval feedback simpler.It offers more diverse dimensions for knowledge division,possesses text analysis functions,and enhances the quality of knowledge services.The aggregation of red archival resources knowledge is a long journey of development.This paper starts from the perspective of digital humanities,explores the entire process of aggregation and application of red archival resources knowledge,aims to provide users with a
