A Study On The Socialist Modernization Thought Of The Early Chinese Communists

Socialist modernization is the main trend of world modernization,and it is also the right choice to achieve independence and prosperity in modern China.At the beginning of the 20th century,China is not a socialist country,do not have the basic conditions of socialist modernization,but in the socialist modernization as the goal of passive modernization to active modernization stage,advanced the early Chinese communist people play a leading role in the process,they with marxism-leninism as the guiding ideology,with national independence and national prosperous as the goal,pointed out the direction of China’s modern socialism.The study of the socialist modernization thought of the early Chinese Communists is also conducive to us to learn from the past and the present,and has important practical significance to promote the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.This paper mainly selects the understanding and thinking of Chinese Communists on socialist modernization from 1919 to 1927 as the research object.First of all,based on the formation of the socialist modernization thought of the early Chinese Communists,this paper discusses the origin of the historical conditions and theoretical sources.Then,taking the main content of the socialist modernization thought of the early Chinese Communists as the center,the early Chinese Communists’ modernization construction from 1919 to 1927 from the three dimensions of politics,economy and culture.Politically,the early Chinese Communists exposed the hypocritical nature of bourgeois democracy,and instead showed a strong curiosity and yearning for socialist democracy.At the same time,it explores how to promote socialist democracy in China,and its regime idea is developing in the revolutionary practice;economically,the early Chinese Communists revealed the disadvantages of developing capitalist economy,advocated that China should implement socialist economy,and transform rural economy and revitalize Chinese industry from the perspective of world modernization.Culturally,the early Chinese Communists re-examined and valued the traditional culture and capitalist culture based on the Marxist cultural view,and pointed out that the future development of Chinese culture must take the advanced socialist culture as the forward direction.Finally,from the characteristics,historical status and reality,the socialist modernization thought of the early Chinese Communists is rich,profound connotation,and has the basic characteristics of revolutionary and modernity,commonness and individuality and traditional elements and the integration of the western elements,the modern elements,and treats Marxism,with radical color and non-systematic.However,their socialist modernization thought also has certain enlightenment significance for the modernization construction of contemporary China.For example,in promoting socialist modernization,we should grasp the national conditions,the theoretical exploration of modernization should integrate with the world’s advanced civilizations,and the modernization construction should pay attention to the coordinated development.
