Core Socialist Values Are Integrated Into The Rule Of Law

In the occasion of the convergence of the two centuries,we are embarking on a new journey to build a modern socialist country in all respects.The rule of law has been enhanced to an unprecedented level.National governance requires good laws and good governance.The protection of people’s rights requires a complete system of rule of law,and the sound operation of society requires the protection of the rule of law.From the perspective of China’s social reality,the construction of the rule of law has made some achievements,but now it has reached a certain bottleneck period,and it is in urgent need of a breakthrough.The integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law in the new period is a good recipe for the development of the rule of law in China.Based on the guidance of Marxism and Xi Jinping’s thought of the rule of law,this paper comprehensively discusses and analyzes the integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law.This paper is composed of the following five parts.The first part elaborates the background and significance of the topic "the integration of socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law",combs and analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad,and makes a certain evaluation.And further expatiate the innovation and insufficiency of this article.The second part carefully analyzes the related concepts involved in this paper,comprehensively expounds the concepts of the socialist core values at the national,social and individual levels,and analyzes the concepts of the rule of virtue and the rule of law from the height of history and practice,which lays a foundation for the following articles.The third part of the construction of socialist core values into the rule of law,the necessity of the detailed analysis,from the rise of the revival of natural law and the law sociology,to the significance of the construction of socialist core values into the rule of law,to our country traditional legacy of power standard thought of modern spirit of the rule of law in China,and then return to the social reality of our country,this paper present the urgency of the core values into the rule of law.It analyzes the necessity of integrating core values into the construction of rule of law from four aspects in detail.The fourth part explains the feasibility of integrating the socialist core values into the construction of the rule of law.Starting from the compatibility and conformity between the two,the conclusion is drawn that the socialist core values are the internal driving force of the construction of the rule of law.The possibility of the integration of the two has been fully explained.The fifth part is the most important part of the article,this paper expounds the socialist core values into the path of the construction of the rule of law,this paper respectively from the scientific legislation,strictly enforce the law,impartial justice,the perspective of national law,has carried on the comprehensive analysis to blend in the path,makes every effort to provide the rule of law construction of our country with a small suggestion.
