Study On The Path Of The Rural Living Environments Improvement In Bufeng Town,Yancheng City

The construction of beautiful China cannot ignore the vast rural areas,and the construction of rural habitat is an important measure to implement the concept of ecological civilization in China.Since the reform and opening up,the only economic development theory has made the rural habitat environment construction gradually disconnected from the economic development,which can no longer meet the growing spiritual and material needs of farmers.Among them,rural habitat environment can most directly reflect the development results of local rural revitalization,and building a rural habitat environment that meets people’s needs has become an important element of rural revitalization.This paper clarifies the basic concept of rural habitat environment on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign literature,adopts literature analysis method,questionnaire survey and interview method,conducts field research in Bufeng Town of Yancheng City,investigates the current situation of rural habitat environment improvement in Bufeng Town of Yancheng City,evaluates the habitat environment improvement in Bufeng Town of Yancheng City from two different perspectives of grassroots improvement subjects and local villagers,and proposes that The main problems of rural habitat environment improvement are that the system of rural habitat environment improvement is not perfect,some key tasks cannot be completed on time,villagers do not actively participate in rural habitat environment improvement,and the follow-up guarantee work of improvement is not smoothly carried out;from the perspectives of sloppy management of the improvement system,lack of scientific knowledge of the main body of governance,insufficient investment in project construction,insufficient understanding of villagers about habitat environment,and lack of supervision of the management and care mechanism,we analyze the The main reasons for the dilemma of habitat improvement;through the study of the problems of habitat improvement in Bufeng Town,Yancheng City,we explore the effective path to enhance the level of rural habitat improvement in Bufeng Town,Yancheng City,by strengthening the management ability of the main body of improvement,improving the governance ability of solving key tasks,doing a good job of publicity and education of rural habitat improvement,and implementing the follow-up guarantee of habitat improvement.This paper combines the research results on the improvement of human environment in Bufeng Town,Yancheng City,to investigate the path of rural human environment improvement in China,explore the constraints in rural human environment improvement,explore the governance methods to further improve the level of rural ecological civilization construction,and provide feasible suggestions for the smooth realization of rural revitalization in the new era.Under the guidance of the governance concept of polycentric governance and multi-dimensional participation,the new era rural areas are guided by the fundamental interests and main needs of the farmers,and through the paths of housing renovation,road optimization,environmental improvement and supporting public services,the majority of farmers are provided with a more healthy and livable ecological rural environment.
